I returned to Fitzgerald Subaru in Rockville for my post-purchase Love-Encore visit with I purchased an Outback Limited w/EyeSight in September 2018. I returned to Fitzgerald Subaru in Rockville for my post-purchase Love-Encore visit with Kimberly, who reviewed all of the technology details with me for which I had questions, even after reading all six of the various owners manuals. Simply reading a manual isn't quite the same as having some time with a specialist to review all of Subaru's technologies and answer those questions that pop up when reading the manuals. My automotive "under the hood" questions were fully answered by the friendly service staff. This program provides great value to the new Subaru owner. Kudos to Fitzgerald for offering it and I would hope that it becomes THE standard within Subaru of America. More

We walked out with the keys one day later feeling good about our purchase. A couple of weeks later Kimberly Francis went over the details we couldn't absorb when we bought the car. She provided a very helpful service. Our only complaint about the entire process came when warranty and maintenance programs were explained to us by another employee after we decided to buy the car. We felt like we were not given all the information that was necessary to make an informed choice about these plans that was in our best interest. More
