Your many reviews on Google, Facebook, Sure Critic, etc. for our multiple locations seems "vendetta like" and contains much of the same misinformation you provided to us to present to the lending institutions when you requested financing for the Genesis you were interested in. Unfortunately, we were advised that the information supplied by you could not be verified. We are in the business of serving our community to the best of our ability. Your review is disingenuous at best.

Indeed, everything was resolved beyond my expectations. After the incident, the Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg Service Manager, personally reached out to me to apologize and remedy the situation. Once the car was reconditioned to its original state, he personally brought the car to my home.

Felipe-Your response to my review lets me know that you did not even pay attention to what I wrote....ergo you and your dealers lack of customer service. YOU are the one who reached out to me first thing in the morning and asked me what my preferred method of contact was--to which I replied EMAIL. Your excuse was that Tony couldn't reach me falls flat because, for one, he and I communicated numerous times throughout the morning; and two, he sent me an appointment confirmation at NOON--1.5 hours before I arrived at your dealership. Since, again, I said my preferred method of contact was email, he should have mentioned somewhere in the entire email conversation that he couldn't show me the car because there was a hole in the bumper that was being fixed by the body shop (oer the manager) or was it that it was waiting Maryland inspection (per Tony). I should also mention that the listing did not disclose that it was being repaired by a body shop, as well as the Carfax doesn't list an entry that it sustained some damage and is being repaired (and it probably won't). No need for me to stay in touch with you regarding the "status" of the Volvo. I'll take my business elsewhere!
