We are reaching out to you to apologize. Concerning the wheel locks and the poor cleaning of the exterior you reported, we can install the wheel locks for you (if not already done) and re-clean the vehicle. Normally the old wheel lugs are placed in the glove box after the wheel locks are installed. Setting up the free trial of the XM radio takes about 20 mins. and we would be happy to do that with you as well. It's actually the purchaser who needs to do that, but we can walk you through the process. Gary informed us that you were pressed for time and he did not want to delay your departure. Also want to thank you for posting your review. It has alerted us to areas that we need to focus on in our process. As the only ISO 9001 certified vehicle dealer group in America we continually look for areas where we can improve. Gary wants you to know that he will be happy to assist you with the wheel locks, cleaning your Subaru and setting up the XM radio.
