Tony the services manager runs a great shop Josh, Megan, Justin, Dennis, Allen, Jeff and John they are great they do what they say they are going to do and call when they say they’re going to call. Even the few times I have had to have so major repairs they took the time to explain it to me even having Chris the Shop manager come out to talk to me so I would understand just what is being done to my car. They really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of and understand what is being done. Then there is Brandon in the service lane that greats you with a smile. They all are great they take the time to listen to you and whatever the problem may be. There just great. As for purchasing cars the sales team is great also Kohn has sold me my last 4 cars he is very easy going no pressed sense to sell makes it easy to take your time, Spencer always is fear with my trade in, Danny and Chip always seen to smile and even now me by man. Even onetime within 6 months of purchasing one Car I just did not like the car it was a great car I just did not like it and they made sure I was very happy when I let with my new car (even taking one car off the show room floor for me to test drive) It just so happen that is the one I bought. I have been beyond pleased with my experience in dealing with Robert Hess and Fitzgerald Subaru in Gaithersburg, MD. I had driven three Subaru Forresters prior to speaking with Robert and new exactly what I with Robert Hess and Fitzgerald Subaru in Gaithersburg, MD. I had driven three Subaru Forresters prior to speaking with Robert and new exactly what I was looking for. Robert wasted no time showing me the available inventory that matched my needs and drove us around as I looked at colors to see what car would be "The One". The unique thing to me was that I was buying a car due to my being totaled in an accident that I was not at fault in. I was not happy to be buying a new car as mine previous one was almost paid off at the time of the accident. I was out car shopping with knowledge of my credit and available funds and knew exactly what I was willing to do walking into a dealership. I had been looking at another SUV thinking it was well within my comfort range and did not think a Subaru was in my range given my previous test drives with other dealers. I asked Robert to do a work up on a deal "assuming" my credit qualified me for Subaru's current offer of 2.9% and he came out even with the other dealer I had spoken with. I was astounded and asked him to put in the numbers the other dealer gave me and they just didn't add up. I also called my Sister in Law who's Brother in Law is Manager for Subaru at a dealership in Vermont to verify that I was getting a good deal. The deal was a good buy and I let them get to work on the papers. Robert had them detail the car while we did papers and numbers and went over all of the guides and basics of the car. I purchased a trunk cover that was unable to be put in on Sunday since parts were closed and when I went back Tuesday Robert himself put the trunk cover in and even walked me to parts so that I could purchase the additional trunk mat that I had found in the accessories guide he had given me. The whole process was very smooth and not stressful as my previous car buying experiences had been. To me buying a car is scary and stressful since sixty months is a very long time if you get a bad deal and you don't know that until after you buy a car. I've worked in the car industry myself in the past and purchased a Subaru because it's just a great car in the end of the day. They say the person makes all the difference and I'm really glad we met Robert because I couldn't have asked for better experience when buying a car. We will definitley be back should we need another new car in the future. More
