John Dutton was an extremely helpful sales representative. He was very knowledgable about the Subaru Impreza. This particular vehicle was not at the dealership; Mr. Dutton had to order for m representative. He was very knowledgable about the Subaru Impreza. This particular vehicle was not at the dealership; Mr. Dutton had to order for me and will be shipped from the Japan manufacture. He told me that it would take 8-10 weeks to be arrived to the United States. Meanwhile, Mr. Dutton kept me posted regarding the status of my Subaru. Surprisingly, it did arrive one week earlier than expected. Mr. Dutton walked me through the entire purchasing process, explained step-by-step what each item meant. I really appreciated his time, energy and effort. Thank you John, great job! More

I drove all the way from NJ to buy my brand new Subaru Impreza. I spoke to Thomas about my trade in and he got me on the phone with Kevin. He gave me a great price for my car before even seeing it. I drove to their wrote and Thomas had most of the paperwork filled out before I even stepped in the building. Kevin was a man of his words kept the gave me the number for my trade like he said on the phone. (Its good to know there still honest people in the car business) I was in and out of the finance office in no time at all. Pretty much knowing all of the features, Thomas still took the time to go over the car with me. I love my car and I highly recommend both Thomas Barker and Kevin Engle to any Subaru customer. More

The worst "General Sale Manager" I have ever had experience with. Customers and I experienced a very unprofessional manager toward his employees in a plain daylight during the Christmas and New had experience with. Mr. Rosenfeld treated his employees like "Dirt" and I'm wondering is that the "Fitzway" or "FitzGoAway"? No wonder he treat his customers and me the same way. It was very disappointed because Mr. Fitzgerald seems to be a "Nice" and caring person, as showed on his TV Advertisement. I'm wondering where did he found this type of "General Sale Manager" Mr. Rosenfeld. I suggest Mr. Fitzgerald needs to do something about his "General Sale Manager" so to save his own image, otherwise it will be the "FitzGoAway". More
I did my car search for a little while before I found the vehicle I wanted. Thomas answered my inquiry online and responded right away. The vehicle online was headed for Florida and I live in PA. I was completely willing to fly down and purchase it, but Thomas said to give him a chance in getting the vehicle I wanted to the dealership in MD. Sure enough he did and it made the experience, by far, a lot quicker. He stayed in constant contact and didn't play any games. I asked a question he answered it or got back to me. I started the process with him on Sunday and I walked out of the dealership that very next night. Very straight forward and extremely helpful. Overall, I walked away very happy with my vehicle and the service that was provided. I am extremely grateful to Thomas! More
