Augustine was very attentive and should be rewarded for his 10/10 C.S Kevin was the best Sales manager I have ever experienced . The service Departament put nitrogen in my tires 3 days later and I found that they have fresh cookies and gourmet coffee , free wi fi and a very helpful service team. I hope this continues and that more businesses follow the dealerships more " personal " service not just a number on somebody's forehead . Augustine Kevin and Ian all made sure to remind me that they were available for any and all questions even after the sale..., or as I would put it the " new relationship with Subaru and Fitzgerald Auto" constructive criticism : the Subaru Hyundai showroom needs a little love inside :) More

I was in a car accident, and my car was totaled. I needed a new car, and I had bought my last vehicle at Fitzgerald Subaru. They were very nice to deal with in 2010, and they were just as nice in 201 needed a new car, and I had bought my last vehicle at Fitzgerald Subaru. They were very nice to deal with in 2010, and they were just as nice in 2013. Lincoln didn't pressure me at all; he was very accommodating and went out of his way to answer my questions and ensure my needs were met. My new car wasn't on the lot at their dealership; it had to be delivered. Lincoln came in on his day off to finalize the deal and sign my new car over to me. He and Kevin Engle (the sales manager) were both professional and courteous. I would recommend Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg to my friends. More

We were in the market for a used vehicle for your son and had decided on Fitzgerald based on a care we found on their website. Thomas greeted us in the parking lot the moment we got out of our car. Our experience there was excellent. John was very knowledgeable and competent. He even drove to another state to get the exact car I wanted. He humored me on the test drive by taking me to a windy, rugged road, similar to my own, so that I could really see how it handled. John was very informative while going over the dials and other features of the car before we left the lot. I would buy from him again. This is my fourth Subaru and the second or third I have purchased from this dealer because they are so easy to work with. More
