Matt was really helpful finding the right car that fit our budget. We took our car to the mechanic the day after we bought it and he thought it looked great and was an excellent choice for a used car. Eve our budget. We got a great deal on a used 2025 Crosstrek. David Kelleher and his team went above and beyond, finding creative ways to make the buying experience as smooth as possible. David even came out to our house 2 days after the purchase for my wife to sign the paperwork (she was out of town and we had a time crunch due to a totaled vehicle) and to hand deliver our tags. I purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester in November 2025 and Bikash Shrestha was my sales consultant. I explained that I have received email "coupons" from both Fitzgerald Subaru (as a repeat customer) and the Subaru head-quarters. Fitzgerald accepted the coupons and I received an excellent price on the vehicle. During the entire process, Bik worked to ensure that the process was a smooth one for me.
