FIRST OF ALL, I LOVE MY SUBARU FORESTER!!! IT'S GREAT FUN TO DRIVE AND LOOKS GREAT. THE STEARING AND ALL WHEEL DRIVE ARE SUPERB. IT HAS SO MANY NICE FEATURES, STORAGE, AND CONVENIENCE. I HAD TO WAIT A LITTLE TO DRIVE AND LOOKS GREAT. THE STEARING AND ALL WHEEL DRIVE ARE SUPERB. IT HAS SO MANY NICE FEATURES, STORAGE, AND CONVENIENCE. I HAD TO WAIT A LITTLE WHILE TO GET IT, BUT WELL WORTH THE WAIT. GEORGE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE TALKED FREQUENTLY ON THE PHONE AND INTERNET, AND I FELT LIKE WE WERE OLD FRIENDS, EVEN BEFORE WE MET. HE WAS VERY ACCESSABLE, AND LITERALLY CALLED ME AS THE FORESTER WAS BEING UNLOADED OFF THE TRUCK!!HE HAD TOLD ME IT WOULD ARRIVE ON AUG 10, BUT CAME IN ON AUG 1.GEORGE IS VERY POLITE AND PERSONABLE AND MET US AT THE DOOR AT FITZ. ALSO, I REALLY RESPECT THE PHILOSOPHY OF FITZGERALD. I READ ALL THE INFO THAT JACK HAD ON THE WEBSIGHT, AND THIS IS ONE OF THE PRIMARY REASONS I SHOPPED THERE. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH FOR GOOD OLD FASHIONED ETHICAL PRACTICES. GEORGE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND ENCOURAGED QUESTIONS.HE WAS RESPECTFUL AND DIDN'T "TALK DOWN" TO ME, WHICH CAN BE A PROBLEM, AS A WOMAN BUYING A VEHICLE. This was the third car that we have purchased from Fitzerald Auto Mall. They answered all our questions and are not pushy. There is no haggling on the price and even checking with NADA, Edmonds and Fitzerald Auto Mall. They answered all our questions and are not pushy. We had a problem the day after we purchased the car for our daughter, and they corrected it immediately. We will more that likely purchase our next vehicle from Fitzgerald. More
I went to Mastro Subaru first and then decided to go to Fitz to check it out. George was so lovely and helpful, took us for a drive, explained without being pushy. My wife and I originally went to Mastro in Tampa to look at the Subaru Forrester. It took them quite a while to give us numbers that, in the end, we felt were too high. When we went to Fitzgerald, George Sprague was upbeat and friendly, arranging a test drive quickly, and answered our questions confidently. If he didn't have an answer, he found it rather than trying to improvise. The sales manager worked up an offer very quickly and beat the offer we'd received at the other lot. George was also very helpful and flexible after the sale in helping us with the tag and title. I highly recommend Fitzgerald, George and the Subaru Forrester we bought. More

He was very informative, and exceptionally considerate and conscientious toward my wife, who has a bad knee and tries to keep her walking to a minimum. We then tried other dealers and cars for comparison and a couple days later returned to Fitzgerald's to find George was covering for Nick, who was out that day. George was also extremely courteous as we test drove the Subaru Forester. We loved it, but were concerned with listed pricing and trade in value. We again tried some other dealers and cars, but came back to Fitzgerald's thinking we'd try the Subaru Impreza, which was a bit cheaper. Well, we got an unexpectedly great deal on a trade in and better options and pricing on the Forester than anticipated, so we drove away in our 2011 Subaru Forester instead! Not once did we feel pressured to make a deal *right now* which is so common these days. Dealing with Nick and George was a real pleasure!! More
Our salesman Shawn and the rest of the team that we met on the day we purchased our new Outback went out of their way to make buying our new car a pleasure.We shopped 2 other dealers one less then 5 miles on the day we purchased our new Outback went out of their way to make buying our new car a pleasure.We shopped 2 other dealers one less then 5 miles from our home in Naples Fl and were about to give up on buying an Outback and switching to another brand.I contacted Fitzgerald'sCountryside Subaru in Clearwater on a Saturday night and I was contacted the next day on a Sunday no less by Shawn and within no time we had a deal in the works and on the next Sunday we drove 190 miles and then we even got a better deal then we thought we had from our phone call.Our visit at the dealership was great experience Anyone looking to but a new or used Subaru would be wise to contact Fitsgerald's Countyside Subaru in Clearwater.They were the best. lds More
