I have been a customer of Fitzgerald Countryside Subaru since 2017 and have always been very pleased with the service I received. The customer service received today was a total disappointment and I asked for my keys back and left without receiving service. My service needs were always handled by Lisa and her team (they were excellent) but today there was some new people working there. The Lady working at the check in position was talking with another customer so I waited my turn. There was another person at another service position who appeared to be reading or looking at her phone. The first lady suddenly looked and me and said, “Can I help you?” I told her I was there for my service appointment she then rolled her eye and nodded head toward the person who was at the other position. When I stepped over there she gave the impression of being annoyed. I did say sorry for my attitude but when I get attitude I give it back. She asked my name and then told pointed to the empty work position next to her and told me that is the service reprehensive I was supposed to see. The attitude from these two ladies was the worst. I did go into the dealership and asked to speak with a manger but was told none was available. After returning home I call in an attempt tp speak with a manger left a voice message but no return call. I do speak with my wallet and will not be doing any future business with Fitzgerald Countryside Subaru and share my experience with friends, family, and acquaintances and encourage then to consider their oppositions. This truly saddens me as I’ve enjoyed working with Lisa, and working on purchasing my vehicles from Sara in this dealership sales department. More

Absolutely the best car-buying experience I've ever had. My girlfriend bought a car about a month before I did and Adrian was super helpful with her. I was in the area and popped into Fitzgerald's Subaru for an alignment on my SUV and my experience was great. My car was in and out in no time. Completely dishonest with the condition of the vehicle. Less than 2k later engine needs a full rebuild. Purchased a miata from them which are known for being reliable (non interference motors and all) and Less than 2k later engine needs a full rebuild. How about a massive leak out of the crank seal, valve cover gasket, pin hole in hardlines for vvt actuators and more. They improperly installed the new soft top, improperly installed a new window motor and failed to disclose the dent in the drivers side door. Not to mention two speakers were missing which they advertised as there. Additionally one of their detailers broke off the antenna, (they did send me a check for it but come on really!) They are hiding behind their "as is vehicle clause" and refuse to address the situation further. Idk about you but if a vehicle falls apart before its first oil change, the dealership must've really mickeymoused xxxx together. Been working on cars for over a decade, and never have i seen such a lack of attention to detail. Screws missing on the interior door panels, windage trays, and even the oil pan itself. DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE HERE. idgaf if there is an as is agreement or not, if im spending 7k+ on a car it had better work as advertised. More
