No pressure sales, service is reasonable and reliable. Always greeted professionally. That is why we have bought 2 cars here within the last 6 years. Easy & Pressure-Free This dealership is not a mega-sized superstore where people are handled en masse. I visited once to just get a feel for the place and it was very low This dealership is not a mega-sized superstore where people are handled en masse. I visited once to just get a feel for the place and it was very low-key, yet the employees were helpful. The salesman Ronnie had a great attitude, was helpful, and knew his car inside out. I had visited another dealership, closer to home, earlier. While they told me how "low pressure" they were, when it came time to make a decision, they were not so pressure-free. Ronnie's attitude, knowledge and helpfulness are why he was the sole reason I returned to Fitzgerald. When dealing with the manager and finance department, they never once attempted to up-sell/upgrade me, creatively finance, or persuade me to do anything other than what I had told them I wanted. If they are representative of the rest of the crew there, then you would be well served to buy or lease a vehicle from them. Fitzgerald Mitsubishi/Mazda was a surprisingly positive visit. Even the coffee was fresh. More

Tried to sell add on but stoped first time i said no. When i didn't like the car i test drove, Cutter looked for others in their network of similar price and mileage. Ended up re testing original car. Cutter had called to price was dropped by $900. Bought original car that was test driven. Would shop there again. If you go ask for Kutter More
