I can't begin to explain in words how refreshing it is to deal with a car dealership that is as transparent as Fitz. All of the gentlemen we dealt with that day were friendly and as upfront as possible. Ronnie worked toward our needs and showed us some great vehicles with plenty of space for our family. Once we decided on a vehicle (a used 2013 F-150 Supercrew), we were led into the showroom and sat at a table to discuss price. It was at this point that my wife and I naturally raised our guard and prepared for the "negotiation process" that one would expect to encounter at a dealership. To our surprise and delight the price was presented to us in an understandable, easy to read, transparent fashion. No hidden fees. No "let me send you to my finance guy" so he can confuse you with a bunch of back and forth. No let me get my manager who will get his manager who will promise me that I"m getting "One heck of a deal". None of it. Even now I can't think of a way the guys at Fitz could have made our experience better. After buying the car and trading in my old Silverado we got home and realized that we had left a customized CD of kids music that belonged to my son in the truck. I called Ronnie and he had it in the mail that day. It just goes to show you how customer focused these guys are at Fitz. We absolutely loved our experience at Fitz and plan to go back for our next car/truck. More
Robbed I feel robbed. I had to get a tire sensor replace today in my Mazda. On the phone they qouted $130, i took time off work and when I turned up they cha I feel robbed. I had to get a tire sensor replace today in my Mazda. On the phone they qouted $130, i took time off work and when I turned up they charged $240. They claimed thier price excluded labor. While I was there I called Heritage Mazda they qouted $160 including install and the sensor. I had no choice but to go with Fitzgerald as I needed it done. However i just called pep boys...$69 for te sensor and $20 to install. You expect dealer prices to be high, but pepboys were $89 (total),heritage (another dealer) were $160 and the gangsters aka Fitzgearld were $240. I will never buy from them again. More

They were one of the two lowest price quotes I got (over the internet) and kept their word until the end. They did not have the car and had to transfer it from another dealer, so I was a bit uneasy about the deposit. But Anthony convinced me that it was simple and in the end they did not even take the deposit (I went in the same day). They transferred the car in a few hours, which I thought was amazing. Anthony kept me informed all through the process and he started the credit check process before I got to the dealership. By the time I got there, everything was ready for me: just test-drove the car (prepared impeccably), signed the financing papers and we were on our way. Just a great guy to work with. Jason, in the financing department, had everything perfectly organized and labeled and we finished the papers in 10 min. He did ask us about the extended warranty in a very polite way but we did not need it; no pressure whatsoever. More

I stopped in just to look at a Saturn outlander but it had more miles then I was looking for but an extremely nice clean trade in. Me and my husband were welcomed with a friendly smile and prompt attention. We were not pressured into anything unlike most car salesmen do when you walk through the door. That was great because I absolutely hate a pushy high pressured salesmen. Especially one who tries to talk me into something I don't want and then tries to rip me off as well, like their giving me a good deal. That absolutely will not happen at Fitzgerald auto mall in Annapolis, MD. They made us feel right at home and completely comfortable in every way. First they approached us to find out just what we were looking for in make, model, year, size, exterior, interior and mileage wise. Then we looked over the vehicles they had in inventory their as well as other locations of their stores. We were told don't except anything else but what you really want because then you won't be happy and we want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. We found a Mazda 2013 with 15,800 miles on it and we were let take it home over night to see if it was what we were looking for and met all our needs. It met all expectations and more for a mid size affordable SUV you could not ask for more. Me and my husband didn't have the best of credit and Jason Tiani worked his self ragged to get us approved at a halfway decent rate considering our credit history. Know body else living could have done any better job then Jason Tiani did for us. Not to leave anyone else out everyone was great to us and did their utmost best to help us out in time of need. If your looking to buy a new or used car you can't go wrong they will do everything in their power to help you out and give the best deals in town. I would like to especially say Thank You to the store manager, Scott Gates salesmen and Jason Tiani loan officer who worked so hard to get the best deal for us! More

This was the easiest car dealership I dealt with. They have a 'no haggle' price that is simply lower than any other Mazda dealership I saw. Ronnie was our salesman. and he gave my husband and I superb customer service from the parking lot. He introduced himself with a big smile as though he had met us both before. We located the car on the internet, we called about it, and then came to see the car. We purchased the Toyota Sienna van and then we purchased another van (a Chrysler T/C) for me just a few days later so we bought 2 cars from your lot. Purchasing both cars was fast and easy and this is where Ginger comes in. She and I talked liked we had known each other before. She explained all the paperwork as I signed the documents and gave me a status of title (for the Toyota). She and Ronnie both have the perfect personalities for working in a dealership. You can clearly see that they like people and this is an assest that should be recognized and complimented by management. I called the Fitzgerald dealership many times (probably 15+ times) and almost every time Samantha answered the telephone with professionalism. I formally met her when I picked my temporary tags up only a few days ago. Even the GM (Mr. Tawab) provided us great hands-on customer service! Most of the time you never see the GM, nonetheless, meet him but we had an opportunity to do both. In closing, my husband and I plan to do a lot of business with Fitzgerald in the coming months. Why? Because of how your staff treated us. People say that first impressions go a long way and it's so true. A great team working together is what makes a satisfied customer... very happy.
