I am very busy at work, so I put down a 500 dollar deposit on friday so I could get the cashiers check and have time to buy it on saturday. A few hours after the down payment, another salesman called me asking how interested I was in the car. I felt as if they were pressuring me with the threat of selling it from under me and I was very uncomfortable. But, I still go in on saturday to buy the car. I notice a dent in the side that was not there when I test drove it and the salesman agreed. They said they could get it fixed on tuesday while I was at work. This was very reasonable I thought. After that, I was asked to sign a paper saying the car was sold AS-IS, after I was told there would be a warranty of 30 days for the car. I asked why this was the case and then the salesman talked to the sales manager and said they were changing the paperwork. All of these things combined made me feel uncomfortable about the level of service, so I told the salesman I would wait until tuesday, when the car is fixed to buy it. I told them that if another person came in to buy it I would completely understand, but would want my deposit back. The sales manager became EXTREMELY confrontational, and when I told him again that I would wait until tuesday, when the car was fixed, to purchase the car he told me that if that was how I felt, that he did not want my business. I was so frustrated and angry, I was expecting this to be one of the happiest days of my life. I will never deal with any fitzgerald auto mall again. More

Great carbuying experience Everyone was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Salesmen were helpful and did not rush or throw any annoying sales pitches. My salesman (Ronnie) worked with me on my schedule and spent a lot of time helping me out. William Hoyt also helped me out. The fact that they do not haggle is annoying. But, they had the lowest prices that I saw anywhere so I guess I can't complain. Be aware that factory rebates which anyone can qualify for are already included in the price (eg 500 off for financing) I would definitely recommend this dealership and Ronnie or William to anyone searching for a new car. More

Our research on a wide variety of vehicles kept leading us back to the Mazda6 Grand Touring. We were met by William Hoyt, and we made it clear that we were only looking at that point, and he immediately made it clear that he was there to help us look, not to force a sale. And, at no time did he even try to push for a sale. One of the highlights of FitzMall is that they very clearly post their no-haggle sales price on the vehicle, which was significantly under the MSRP. William carefully walked us through the highlights of the vehicle, answering several questions regarding some of the option choices and technical questions. The inventory was great and allowed us to look at the three color options we were considering. When we determined that we wanted a 2015 rather than a 2016 because we liked the in-dash navigation/radio screen of the 15 rather than the above dash setup in the 2016, he found the exact 2015 model with the options that we wanted in the color that we wanted. He set us up on a test drive. Upon our return, the dealership had technically closed for the evening, but the team was still standing by, which was great, because we were ready to buy. Because of the no-haggle sales price, there was no lengthy or bothersome games played to make a deal. While we kept the team there far later than they normally stay, they were awesome, from sales to management to finance. They obtained some great financing terms for us and even identified an additional $1000 in savings on the vehicle. We highly recommend you visit FitzMall Mazda in Annapolis and ask for William Hoyt. Even if you don't buy a car from him, you will not be disappointed with your experience. More

We had to wait a while to meet with the finance department, and spent 4 hours total in the dealership. This was the only frustrating aspect, everything else went relatively smoothly. I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald Annapolis Mazda. More

He answered several questions over the phone and we set an appointment for the same day. He was as other reviewers have described him - friendly, knowledgable, pleasant and NOT pushy. He listened to our needs and showed us three cars that fit perfectly. He asked lots of questions and listened to the answers. He explained the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process and everything about the car. We ended up purchasing a Mazda3 and couldn't have been happier with the car and the price. When I met Kutter he was very friendly and pleasant.He explained to me the Fitzgerald way of selling cars. I have dealt with several car salesmen over the years in my previous car purchases and some have been pushy and have tried to use high pressure salesmanship that irritates me. Kutter was very helpful in explaining in detail every question I had about the Mazda 3 I wanted to purchase. He is a genuinely friendly person and we chated about things other than cars. Mr. Gay was also very pleasant and easy to talk to and surly knows his job. He gave me lots of information that was very helpful to me. More

I worked with Kutter, and his patience, knowledge, and professionalism was fantastic. I must have test drove 3 or 4 models at various times, including one overnight so I could get a feel for the car at night. There is very little pressure to buy from them, unlike other dealerships that soon as you mention a model decide to try talking finances and putting you in the car that day. When it came time to talk money, John was fantastic, answering questions, and giving me a fantastic price. It was a very pleasant experience from start to end. Highly recommended if you are considering a Mazda. More
