I worked with Paapa Grantson to buy a CPO 2021 Mazda CX-5 with my boyfriend, and we had an outstanding experience. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and, most importantly, kind; he was not at all pushy, as s with my boyfriend, and we had an outstanding experience. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and, most importantly, kind; he was not at all pushy, as sadly most of the other car sales men who we tried to work with at other dealerships were. It was truly a refreshing experience. As a first time buyer, I had done my research but was nervous about such a big purchase. I did not feel rushed, pressured, judged, or worried I was getting ripped off or was being taken advantage of as a young, inexperienced buyer. They price fairly, and are very transparent. I actually asked Paapa why he wasn't more pushy / didn't call us relentlessly to follow-up when we sat on the decision, as that was what we had come to expect from our experiences at other dealerships. He spoke to the culture at Fitzgeral Annapolis, and how they take a different approach; they try to help each other learn about the products, so they are able to present you with good information, to help you. Though I am a young professional with limited working experience, seeing a healthy work culture speaks for itself -- when you're around good co-workers, you're able to treat your clients better and produce better results. That's certainly true of Fitzgerald Annapolis! If you're looking for a lease, new, used, maintenance, or anything related to cars that Fitzgerald Annapolis does, I would HIGHLY recommend working with Paapa! (And if you can't get him, everyone seems great, so you really can't go wrong!) More

I purchased a new CX-5 at Fitzgerald Mazda in Annapolis last week. It was one of the easiest car-buying purchases I have ever experienced. It truly was a no-haggle price, with no hidden fees. Like most people the thought of going through the car buying pr I recently purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 & had a great experience with Fitzgerald Mazda. Like most people the thought of going through the car buying process wasn't something I was looking forward to. Fitzgerald changed that for me! Everyone at Fitzgerald was friendly & easy to work with. Our sales associate, Mike Worthington, was knowledgeable & took the time to answer all of our questions. Cameron, who arranged all of the paperwork was friendly & efficient. They are a no haggle dealership & they respect the fact that nowadays people have done their homework before they go to a dealership. On our way out the door we told the GM, Jeff Shaver, how much we truly appreciated that there was no hard sell on the car, financing, extended warranties, etc. I have already told several people about the positive experience we had at Fitzgerald Mazda! Wouldn't give me the time of day! I went to the dealership to discuss a tow hook cover that blew off of my car, and Brandon Beane would not give me the time of day. He told me that it was not covered under warranty. Never collected my vin#, asked my name or anything. He told me that it had been damaged without EVER seeing the car. Sent me to Parts. The Part was $2.10 with tax. Wow. I will drive out of my way to go to a better Mazda dealer. For $2.10 he could have purchased a better review. More

The customer service, new and used car buying experience, service department, sales associates, managers, quality of product, and genuine interest in providing excellent value for the money you spend are all far and away better than any other dealer we've ever used across nine states and a foreign country (we are military). We purchased a new Mazda from Fitzgerald's in Dec 16, and at the time we thought the car-buying experience couldn't get any better (see my review on 10 Dec 16). But, they went ahead and outdid themselves. Recently, we purchased a used BMW from Fitzgerald's and after driving it off the lot, discovered a hard to detect, yet fairly common (and fairly expensive) mechanical issue. Understanding the dealership had no further obligation toward us and our vehicle (e.g. no warranty), we contacted them right away about what we guessed would be a fairly significant repair. Not only did Fitzgerald's respond to us immediately, they arranged to bring the car in for repairs, provided a loaner vehicle, and had our BMW back to us in a matter of days. There was no wrangling, negotiation, or delays; and, they treated the repair as if it was under warranty! I can't guarantee they'll treat every situation this way, but I can guarantee this...the next time we are looking for a new or used car (probably later this year), our first and only stop will be Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Annapolis.
