Especially enjoyed the sales representative Mike Policotti who was extremely professional, and showed a genuine concern for my requirements. I had visited several other dealerships in my local area, and this one stood out "head & shoulders" from the others (won't name). I actually had called first because my requirements were quite specific to exterior and interior color along with other options. I feel I was very fortunate to have first spoken with Mike as we immediately hit it off as some would say. When the opportunity presented itself to meet him in person, I was again not disappointed. He knew "all" the Hyundai type vehicles and their individual equipped options; no simple task when you consider their extreme inventory of vehicles, types and models. More importantly, when it came down to price, I was again flabbergasted how they sell their vehicles. I was presented with Mfg invoice, dealership invoice, and most importantly what said vehicle would be sold for. As many consumers these days, I thought I had did my homework quite well, so you can imagine my surprise that their price was considerably less. I can assure you, it is not easy to keep a "straight face" when something of this nature happens. Many also feel that buying a new vehicle is like going to the dentist......not enjoyable, but something we have to do. This is definitely NOT the case at Fitzgerald Hyundai of Clearwater, FL. In summary, this is a fantastic organization with friendly and welcoming staff, is spotless both inside their main facility, and outside showing area. Also, I am totally convinced, their goal is not only making a sell, but to ensure customer satisfaction remains the top issue. Additionally, if the other employee's are representative of Mike "P's" abilities, this dealership will become even better known as the place, and only place one should entertain purchasing a new Hyundai at.
