Not only did my salesperson stay late for me twice to accommodate my work schedule, but he also gave me real-time directions over the phone when I was having difficulty finding the location since I'm not familiar with the area. I've already recommended David and Fitzgerald in general to a few co-workers and friends that were considering buying a car. I came in with a lot of hesitance considering the last few dealerships I had dealt with gave me pushback and avoided simple questions regarding the surprise add-ons to the original quotes I had received. I'm pleased to say that from the first internet chat with David to the signing of the sale papers, what was promised to me was exactly what was delivered. Buying this car was a pleasure instead of a chore. For a car dealership to have such integrity is a rare thing these days. I'm so happy that I ended up going to Fitzgerald. More
