Great experience I went to another local hyundai dealer (Crown) before coming to fitz. That being said, there is a huge difference in the way that Fitz does business! I went to another local hyundai dealer (Crown) before coming to fitz. That being said, there is a huge difference in the way that Fitz does business! Fitz does car buying the right way. Jorge provided me with the essential details of the cars I was considering, answered all of my questions, didn't pressure me, and provided with informative advice on my vehicle purchase. The other dealer was not transparent, extremely pushy (to the point where he stood in front of the door to block me from walking out the dealership), did not answer my questions or provide me with a spec sheet of what the cost would look like, actually interrupted me several times and off the bat assumed I had terrible credit (based on the payment he estimated that I would have). Little did he know I am in great standing with credit and qualified for the lowest APR financing available. I really like that Fitz is a posted pricing dealership and that they don't falsely advertise. There were no hidden fees, or gimmicks. I am very pleased with my new Hyundai Tucson Eco 2016 and with my experience at Fitz Hyundai. More
