I saw her dedication to Hyundai and very professional attitude to me. Unfortunately I walked out from Fitzgerald Auto Mall totally upset and disgusted with the management and their unprofessional tactics. Dissatisfied with the Sales Manager and Finance Associate I felt that David Warner (who was my Salesperson) was very polite, professional and did go out of his way to help me make the right decision on my p I felt that David Warner (who was my Salesperson) was very polite, professional and did go out of his way to help me make the right decision on my purchase of the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. I felt I was mistreated and pressured by Mark Silver the Sales Manager and Debbie Green the Finance Associate . I was trading my 2005 Hyundai Tucson didn't feel that I received the right amount for the Trade. I was originally told by David Warner that the car was worth $1,000.00 but my car was in the Fitzgerald Service Department that day and they determined that the anti lock brake system needed to be replaced. David did go to the Service department and found out that it would be over $3,000.00 to replace. David did speak to someone about the trade in value. Debbie Green came over with her hands on her hips and asked how could she could make me completely satisfied. I told her that I wanted $1,000.00 for my car. She said my car wasn't worth it. I felt very intimidated by her. Mark Silver came over and told me my car was worth $300.00. I was very upset and try to negotiate with him but he wouldn't. Instead he offered my the Service Contract of $695.00 on the new vehicle and he would give me the $1,000.00 for the trade. I said why would I pay $695.00 for the service contract it didn't make sense. Again he said he would only give me $300.00 for my car. I was very frustrated and just want to take my car and leave. I walked over to the Service Department and Kristine Pelletier was very helpful. She asked me if I was buying a new car and I told her that I was very dissatisfied with what the sales department was offering for my car. She called her manager Paul and explained the situation to him. I spoke with Paul and told him how upset I was. Next thing both Paul and Mark spoke to me and again mentioned he would only give me $300.00 for the car. Mark asked me what he could do for me and I told him I wanted $1,000.00 for my car. He then offered $500.00 for my car. I was really in a bad situation because I couldn't drive my car. I then agreed to the $500.00. I was at Fitzgerald Sales Department for over 4 hours. One good thing that happened from this situation was that I like my new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I don't know if I would recommend Fitzgerald Auto Mall to any of my friends or family. More
