Hyundai Accent Purchase Over all good experience. The only thing I did not like was finding out the Hyundai 2017 Elantra purchase price would be $750.00 more for paying cash Over all good experience. The only thing I did not like was finding out the Hyundai 2017 Elantra purchase price would be $750.00 more for paying cash rather than financing, after I took it for a test drive. So ended up going with the 2016 Accent since no penalties were on it for paying cash. More

We returned to Fitzgerald Hyundai because of their unbeatable prices and friendly staff. Our salesman was Lee Ramsey. He was friendly, helpful, and very patient as we spent hours debating between all of our different options. He was incredibly helpful throughout our car buying experience. We never felt as though we were being pressured like we had at some other dealerships and it felt more like a friend who was recommending us a product that they personally loved! I wouldn't hesitate to send our family and friends to work with Lee and Fitzgerald Hyundai. I've had my new Santa Fe for almost two weeks now and love it more each day! More

He set my expectations for the new car and my old one, which he ddidnt haveto do at all, and I sincerely precise hem both. They got me the exact deal I was looking for and did it professionally, and like she'd known me herwhole life. Not one complaint. I had anxiety but purchasing a new car, as a woman, and what you know? I ended up with a young woman as a salesperson! It was truly an easy, meant to be experience for me, and to say I love my new car....would be a ever understatement. These guys deliver every word of what they say! Service Dept is Terrible. When I bought my 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe for $35,000.... I thought I would get the same great service as I did from Toyota. I bought Toyota's for When I bought my 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe for $35,000.... I thought I would get the same great service as I did from Toyota. I bought Toyota's for over 25 years straight... When I went for my window tinting I walked into service and there were 6 people there. NOT ONE PERSON LOOKED UP AT ME AND ACKNOWLEDGED ME..... like I was interfering with there day.......... After 10 minutes of being ignored someone actually looked up and acknowledged and talked to me........... NEXT TIME... I called three times and asked for the service dept. and rang all 3 times over 25 times and was upset. By the time I got a person I was livid... Hyundai DOES NOT know how to service and take care of there customers. I would NEVER buy a Hyundai again... I bought Toyotas for over 25 yrs. straight and the customer service and service dept. was the best I ever had.... I made such a mistake and am very unhappy. I would NEVER EVER buy an Hyundai again........... More
