We were looking for a more fuel efficent car and to get rid of our Jeep. We stopped into the dealership at 6:30pm (they close at 7) right away we were greated, they offered to give us an idea on the trade rid of our Jeep. In most dealerships we had been to they wouldnt even talk to us 30 min before close of day. Bruce Fonte was the best! So easy to deal with, honest (yup!) and just willing to do whatever he could to help out with info, and I ask a lot of questions! My boyfriend came back the next afternoon and test drove the Sonata, by that night at 6:30pm I came back and signed all the ppw to lease a 2012 Sonata, the next night I came back and signed ppw traded in the Jeep and purchased another 2012 Sonata. They even worked it out with another dealer and brought in the black one for us becuase they didnt have it on their lot Everyone was great at the dealership, even after when I called Debbie for some questions it was like calling an old friend. Thank you Fitzgerald Hyundai! We will be back! More
We went to the dealership to compare different hyundai cars to see if they had one that we truly liked. Our salesman was Kale and he was very helpful letting us test drive any car we requested. He was not the least bit pushy and did not seem at all frustrated having to get one car after another for us to test drive. When we made the decision to get a Sonata, he took his time to explain the features that the car had and had the answers for any questions we asked. It was nice not having to negotiate back and forth to get a reasonable price on a vehicle at what we consider a fair price. If their customer service is as good as the sales process this will be the best dealership I have ever worked with. More

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Kale who we purchased our Hyundai. He was extremely helpful to us and explained everything to us before we took delivery When we purchased our Subaru from Fitzgerald's in 2003 the delivery fee was $99 and now it is $499 which we feel is very high. We also feel we should have received the $500 rebate for being a repeat customer even though the cars were both not Hyundai.
