I bought it new and still loved it, even though rusted out and had problems. So I was a VERY reluctant shopper! Phil was my salesperson and was EXTREMELY helpful since I had some unusual requests concerning my posture as I sit in the car. I am an old ballet dancer and have very good posture. So many cars manufactures make seats designed for slump posture and I don't sit like that -- so my comfort was top priority. Phil was so helpful in finding a model that really suited me. He even found me a Sonata that was a 2014 that was on sale -- that model and year really was perfect for me! The next day when I came buy for a test drive, he had found the same year model that was $1000 less then the ones I had looked at late the evening before -- wow! Phil was very friendly and patient with me during the test drive. He also was great in explaining the safety features and "bells and whistles" of the car I was choosing. Obviously I don't get new cars often, so I was anxious about the whole process, but Phil made everything smooth, enjoyable -- and even fun! I did buy the Sonata and am very happy with it! Robert was also great during the financing process, listening to all my concerns and finding creative ways to make everything affordable for me. 5 stars all around! P.S. I knew nothing about Hyundai previous to this shopping experience, so had no expectations -- I had seriously considered getting another Nissan, but the prices and styles I saw at Nissan didn't compare to the Hyundai More

I also requested an approval from a lender before we went to your dealership. Imagine our surprise when we got there and the car really was there. And, we had been approved for a loan at a decent rate. Our credit is less than stellar. I will never shop at another dealership. And, I won't dread shopping for a car any more. We drove away after only about two hours. (vs 5 to 8 hrs we have waited elsewhere) More
