When the dealership is run by a GM who came out of service, expect service talk and garbage. When that GM tells you that he couldn't open an RO to save his life should tell you something. Worst Dealership I have ever been to. Months ago, went looking for a 2024 Genesis GV80 with third row seating. I was told that Genesis does not make a GV80 with three rows. Bought my Genesis GV80 with third row seating in St Petersburg. Front Passenger side tire went flat. Took this dealership 6 hours from start to finish to patch my tire. Went to schedule an oil change and wanted them to fix the same tire that was still losing air. Website says open till 6 on Saturdays. Left several messages. No call back until Monday. Only to find out that the Service Center does not service Genesis vehicles at all on the weekends. Only Hyundais till 3. People spoke to were rude as if I was stupid to assume I could service my vehicle according to the information on their website. Will travel out of my way to avoid this dealership. Will not purchase any vehicle from a Fitzgerald dealership in the future. More

Junked stats? ! Hard to understand why they have such a high overall rating when all I’m seeing are low ratings stating the same thing - service department is supe ! My time is more valuable than to wait multiple hours for simple service. Oil change & tire rotation 2+ hours of waiting. Should have been the first appointment today. Don’t understand why it took so long. Nobody kept me informed or seemed to care. Once I got it home - realized they didn’t even clear the dash & now I keep letting alerts that service is due. Smh More

Great prices, great people but service is extremely poor to say the least . Takes 2 months to get a service appointment and they could give a rats butt about your situation. It is what it is.
