This has been an ongoing issue for 2 Jeeps and 5 years. My plan is $635 covered all scheduled maintenance and on $30 of synthetic oil change. As I type this MVP says all inspections are covered, rotations covered, yet service says only $30 off oil is covered for life of plan. Why would I pay $635 to save $30 on 6-7 oil changes when since my lease ends at 36K? (7x90oil change =630). (7x saving at $30=210). So on a $635 plan I'd still pay $420!!?? Service needs training on ALL warranties. Today it took 4.5 hours to get my oil changed. Not what I had planned for on an annual leave. Business manager Steve Sloan was great to deal with and is in sync with MVP, but whatever he finds out from MVP then with service dept it's a 50/50 shot if service wants to believe it. You have to start at ground zero with service explaining it, and it's even in writing "Jason". Service personnel are clueless and need warranty training. What's really sad is when I go next time for 30k service who knows what they'll tell me is not covered (although again it's on the ES Plan). After today they have probably lost a customer and anyone else I can tell my story to. And if Bill the owner wishes to respond ... picking up the phone would be much better customer service then you trying to justify service dept's knowledge with a response. More
Great experience I have a 2015 Jeep Patriot that was leaving stranded in parking lots. i had Chrysler road side assistance tow my car to Fitzgerald Auto in Lexington I have a 2015 Jeep Patriot that was leaving stranded in parking lots. i had Chrysler road side assistance tow my car to Fitzgerald Auto in Lexington park MD. I met with Ruben Martinez the Service writer to explain the problems the car was having. Ruben took the time to listen to my information and to convey that information to the shop. I was please to receive a call a call early the next day from Ruben to convey the findings from the service technician. Ruben took time to explain the findings and to discuss all my options. Later in the day Ruben called to let me know the car was ready to be picked up. I only work 2 miles at most from their location and was working late that night. Ruben offered and then brought my car to my place of work. I was very happy with my experience and so far the car runs great. More
Service department stepping up! I bought the truck approximately 2 months ago. It's a 2017 Ram. The rear bumper is rusting as if it's already several years old. I noticed it while washing underneath the truck & immediately took it in to the service department at Fitzgerald to look at it. The service writer (Tony Moyett) was very surprised at how it looked - took pics of it to open a warranty claim - and had me take it to a local body shop for an estimate, The service writer (Tony Moyett) called me the next day and had me scheduled for a replacement. I look forward to having this resolved and pleased that Fitzgerald's service department is doing everything in their power to make me a happy customer. Thanks! Best regards, Joe More

Great Service I recently brought my car in for routine service and also had concerns about the vehicle. Upon entering the service area I was greeted by John and my I recently brought my car in for routine service and also had concerns about the vehicle. Upon entering the service area I was greeted by John and my vehicle was promptly input into the system. The service writer (John) was very polite and courteous and asked if I had any specific questions or concerns about my vehicle and I told him that yes, I did and explained my concerns which he noted prior to the car going back for service. Once the service was completed the Technician (Nick) brought the car out and explained the service that was completed and also took time to answer questions that I had concerning the vehicle. The service advisor and technician were both very friendly and courteous and listened to everything that I had say about my vehicle and answered any questions that I had fully. I left the service department that day feeling very confident that my vehicle has received a complete and total servicing and my questions were answered thoroughly and completely. I will most definitely bring my car back and all of my vehicles for service in the future ! More

Very Poor!!! They are very courteous and friendly but the quality is deplorable. They routinely overbook, walk ins take precedence over appointments, and if you're paying for your service then it trumps warranty work. I had to make several appointments to get warranty work done because they routinely "didn't get to it" by COB. If I could give them a negative star review, I would. More
Excellent Service I have always dreaded taking my vehicle in for servicing. NOT ANY MORE!! My Jeep needed an oil change, tires rotated, etc. I dropped her off yester I have always dreaded taking my vehicle in for servicing. NOT ANY MORE!! My Jeep needed an oil change, tires rotated, etc. I dropped her off yesterday, got my loaner, and returned today. I am almost sad that I don't get to go back tomorrow!! The service department at FitzWay in LP is awesome. I had such fun with the staff. We laughed, talked football, and generally had a blast. Of course, the work done was outstanding. Not one thing I asked for them to do was left undone. Smiles all around. I felt like I was with family. I cannot wait for my next excuse to go back!!! More
