Awesome service I took my van in for an oil change and the guys found a leak within my transmission. I can say with fervor that I've come to grow very trusting in Fitzgeralds service department and most important unquestioned trust in John Murphy. John makes sure the work is done as promised and that I am not overcharged. This kind of service will keep me going back for many years. I recommend visiting Fitzgerald and John Murphy in service. The Entire Service Dept Is Always Very Proficient in Getting Vehicles in and Serviced as needed and out again in a timely Manner . which is Especially Important to Me as I always Have to Wait with Mine. And the Two Times that I Have ever had to leave My Car for an Extended Period. John Has Always been able to provide me with Alternative Transportation. Does not honor appointment times I am very disappointed with the service department and told myself that I needed to lower my expectations when dealing with them - even so, I am still I am very disappointed with the service department and told myself that I needed to lower my expectations when dealing with them - even so, I am still disappointed. They do not honor appointment times -- on numerous occasions, I've taken my car in for service and dropped it off because I couldn't wait for it - today, I had one for 8:45 A.M. - dropped off at 8:30 and it's now 3:30 PM and they've not touched my car. I wouldn't even had to have brought it in, because I was there a month ago to get an oil change and to have the Automatic Start/Stop repaired (2nd time). Oil change was less than 2,000 miles ago and keep having a message pop-up stating "Oil Change Required"; think the computer was not reset after the last one but really wanted to make sure I had oil in the vehicle; also Automatic Start/Stop (3rd time) still acting up. Called them at 3 PM and was told it was not ready because they had a lot of appointments today - YEAH, I had one at 8:45 AM. Don't schedule appointments at specific times if you CAN'T honor them. This is not the first time either, it will be the last time I buy a car from them and even have thought seriously about trading my car in so I don't have to deal with this service department. I am regretting trading in my 14 year old Toyota -- they know how to treat customers and do little things like wash your car after ever service appointed. Disappointed that Fitzgerald Jeep Lexington Park does not do this for their customers, even those of us who bought a brand new car. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. Extremely disappointed with service department -- and this write-up does not come close to how I really feel about the service I've received - absolutely terrible. More

Transmission Issues I am grateful that Fitzgerald is looking into my transmission issues as I have taken my van to Prince Frederick Chrysler Dodge on many occasions and t I am grateful that Fitzgerald is looking into my transmission issues as I have taken my van to Prince Frederick Chrysler Dodge on many occasions and they did nothing to help even though they found it was low on fluids on at least one occasion without being able to explain why. I love my Chrysler Town and Country Van just want the transmission issues resolved. More
