Both Maurice and Bill were very easy to work with. Price on the JGC was better than any other dealership in the metro area. Extremely fair on trade-in value. All of the staff that I worked with at Park Dodge were extremely helpful and friendly, and made my purchase one of the least painful experiences that I've ever had. There have been times where I'd rather extremely helpful and friendly, and made my purchase one of the least painful experiences that I've ever had. There have been times where I'd rather get a root canal than go through the car buying process -- comparitively, this was more like a cleaning. Only thing that was missing was the lolipop afterward. This was such a GREAT experience. Fitzgerald employees SURPASSED the emplyees of Park Dodge. They showed professionalism, courtesy, RESPECT, and friendliness. They found the best interest rate; and met m SURPASSED the emplyees of Park Dodge. They showed professionalism, courtesy, RESPECT, and friendliness. They found the best interest rate; and met my schedule as it was a busy day and I needed to leave by a specific time. I also liked being greeted when first entering the building; how everyone involved introduce themself; they made you feel important and special at the same time. When it was owned by "Park Dodge"; the sales people were "stunned" when I stated I wanted a specific vehicle; their actions was a big turn off, they did not respect their customer; my son felt the were "idiots, and rude".
