The Day that My wife and I walked into the dealership Donna Allen approached us Immediatly and asked if She could Help Us. I explained that I was looking to replace my 20003 Van which was getting near 18 Donna Allen approached us Immediatly and asked if She could Help Us. I explained that I was looking to replace my 20003 Van which was getting near 180,000 miles and although running well I felt that it was time to replace it . She showed us around the Lot at the various models and accessory packages . and provided Us with test drives and had someone appraise our van right away and helped us pick a model to fill our needs at a price that we could be comfortable with all in all an excellent experience!. Also Mr Dwayne Dickens who was the Finance officer applied Great effort in securing Us the Best financing rate possible Not only was he pleasent Like Donna But when we returned to make the final Deal He Had all of the Paperwork ready for our signatures at the rate that he promised. also he provided us with the info needed to help us decide on a couple of beneficial Extras that we really needed to make the vehicle purchase better fit our needs all in all I have purchased Quite a few cars in the last 50yrs and This was by far the best overall automobile buying experience that I have ever Had!. I recently purchased a used vehicle for my son's first car. I have used Fitzgerald's Park Dodge for selective service on my truck and had a high opinion of their maintenance department (from their first car. I was fortunate to have Donna Allen as my sales representative. I described what I was looking for in the vehicle and she entusiastically helped me comb through listings at various Fitzgerald dealers. It was an iterative process and Donna was able to stay pleasantly plugged in without being pushy, and did her very best to keep me up to speed with information on several vehicles. I ended up picking a vehicle at one of their sister dealerships ~90 miles away. Although not required to, Fitzgerald brought the vehicle back to my hometown delearship and even covered a listing (price) error by the sister delearship. I give great credit to Bill Ritter to honoring the listed price and treating the customer fairly. I have purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships in many states. Donna was one of the most pleasant and enthusiastic salesperson that I have encountered and would happily work with her for my next vehicle purchase. I have to also give Fitzgerald's Park Chrysler Jeep and Dodge very high marks for being a good home-town dealer where the folks who work the desks and counters actually remember their customers and do their very best. Reason of visit was to service my car. Reason car wasn't serviced was because technician backed my car into another car in a lame attempt to move my car into the garage. I purchased a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport on April 18, 2012. This was easily the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. The sales personnel, sales manager, and finance department April 18, 2012. This was easily the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. The sales personnel, sales manager, and finance department staff were all very friendly, polite, and professional. The sales personnel did not use any pressure tactics like I've seen at other dealerships. The sales personnel also seemed knowledgeable of the new Jeep Wranglers and answered all questions I asked about the Wranglers and available options. The dealership was very straight forward with the new vehicle pricing information, which they showed on detailed pricing sheets. These sheets were titled as pricing, terms, and add-ons worksheets (PTA). The pricing sheets made it very clear how much the vehicle cost, what the taxes and fees cost, and how much money the dealership was discounting the vehicle from the MSRP. The pricing sheet also made it clear what my financing rate would be and how much my monthly payments would be. They were also very professional in appraising my trade-in. I was presented with a detailed trade value estimate sheet that made it very easy to understand how the dealership developed their estimated value of my trade-in. Once I agreed to the terms presented to me for my trade-in and the new vehicle, I feel that the dealership was very efficient in processing my paperwork. I was able to get on my way with the new vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this dealership to others after my very positive experience in purchasing my new Jeep Wrangler. The two things that impressed me the most with this dealership are how open they were in sharing the pricing information and how professional and curteous they treated me. More

This dealership is by far the best I have visited. All employees were polite and made me feel comfortable (almost a family like environment).
