No proof of services rendered on a $1389 Bill My wife dropped her car off at Lexington Park Fitzgerald Dodge Service Department for a tire pressure monitor and engine light on, the service departm My wife dropped her car off at Lexington Park Fitzgerald Dodge Service Department for a tire pressure monitor and engine light on, the service department convinced her she was due for a 113K Service Maintenance pricing at $1389, on October 12th. TPM Light: ***Light was on when my wife started the car and is still on 3 weeks later. Performed service change oil and filter, rotate tire, inspect tires for wear and damage and perform multi-point inspection: ***Oil change alarm is still on. As stated on bill under $112k service: ****State Inspection - Service note written in pen - "no clue why this is here" then in print "declined". Car Radio: ***Fixed twice over the past 4 years and still needs replaced (Service recommends swapping out for an aftermarket stereo to avoid the reoccurring issue of radio going out). There are so many resources out there asking for a recall on this issue. We paid full cost for the service maintenance prior to getting your keys from service. As I know you guys do that because from my standpoint, customers taking the keys and driving off without paying is theft and paying prior to issuing the keys back makes perfect sense to me. My wife and I as customers feel the same when we pay full cost for a service to find out services are not rendered. No proof it has been fixed other than the statement on the bill, I don't expect free service that I didn't pay for, as we don't want to pay for service that we didn't receive. To show appreciation and apologizing for previously changing the battery for a whopping $350 and no proof the $1389 112k service was done, they offer a recall service that is supposed to be brought to the customers attention anyways free of charge they offer as some sort of favor on Fitzgerald's Dealership behalf, which was part of the previous $1389 service maintenance that was "declined" by service department on behalf of my wife. Where do I send my thank you letter, lol. More

Superior customer service! After narrowing my interest down to four SUVs I went to the Lexington Park FitzMall where Bobby Rajkowski assisted me. I test drove two Jeep models & After narrowing my interest down to four SUVs I went to the Lexington Park FitzMall where Bobby Rajkowski assisted me. I test drove two Jeep models & told him I was going to two more dealerships to test drive other vehicles. He did not try to pressure me into the vehicles I test drove, which I appreciated very much! My experiences with other sales consultants turned my stomach listening to their lies & inability to be professional! I emailed Bobby that night and told him I found a Jeep online that I was interested in. Bobby responded later that he found the vehicle with the exception of the interior option. I test drove it & both Bobby & the GM, Kenny Cresswell, searched until they found my exact specifications, which I purchased; however, it wasn’t going to arrive until Bobby was on vacation. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus, the GM & Amii Ridgell (another sales consultant) treated me like I was the best person they had ever met - and I had already made my purchase. Most sales consultants & GMs stop the “royalty treatment” after you sign on the dotted line, but NOT the staff at Lexington Park FitzMall!!! When Bobby returned from vacation he called to ask if I needed anything or had any questions about the car!!! Every single person I worked with was AMAZING!!!! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would highly recommend you request Bobby Rajkowski!!!! If Bobby is unavailable, ask for Amii. You will NOT be disappointed or harassed! You will receive friendly, honest, assistance with the utmost respect!!!!!!!! More
