Just the kind of guy you want to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. Then I met Bill Ritter, the sales manager. Imagine my surprise when I got the deal that I wanted. I was thrilled. He was just wonderful and I got exactly what I wanted from the transaction. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out of there very quickly considering it was a car purchase. I went on to Finance to complete the deal. Dewayne Dickens moved things along quickly and he was very kind and did not try to upsell me on a lot of options I didn't need since he knew where I stood on the matter when I first walked in.
