I purchased a Jeep Renegade from Fitzgerald last year and discovered it was not what I was looking for and I needed more space and comfort. I came into to test drive a dodge charger thinking a sedan was what discovered it was not what I was looking for and I needed more space and comfort. After speaking with Keyvan and explaining my needs Keyvan recommended the Jeep Cherokee Lariat Plus 4×4. I didn't think it would have the comfort and ride I was looking for but boy was I wrong! It was exactly what I was looking for in both size and comfort. It is awesome having a sales person listen to the customer and know the vehicles they are offering. The finance department was quick, efficient and found the price and security we were looking for. Overall Fitzgerald was a wonderful buying experience. More

In spite of that my overall experience was only pretty good At this Fitzgerald location due to management interference. Best dealership and people working there in the county! My husband passed away last year. I was faced with keeping up two vehicles, two insurances, plus the whole house and outside too. We bought my jeep and my husband's truck at Fitzmall. So I stopped in there and talked to Bill Ritter. He gave me a really great deal on both vehicles, so I traded for the 2020 Jeep Gladiator pickup. I wanted a vehicle for leisure use, shopping etc. and I needed a truck too to haul stuff with, as we live off the beaten path down in the boonies. Got a great deal. And Keyvan Aarabi who was working with me, even brought the truck down to me to test drive it. Pretty awesome of him. The deal went down, and with my two vehicles it brought the price down to where I was able to pay cash and walked out the door owning this beautiful brand new Jeep truck.
