service dept I bought a new car from this dealership. The dealership never put the SD card in. I had to wait 2 weeks to get a new card and it didn't work. I have taken it back two times and said they would order a new card and it would take a week. It's been over a month and I am still waiting. I won't buy a car from this dealership again! More

I went back for number two on the package, pulled in the service lane and was promptly and pleasantly greeted. All I had to say was I there for my second change on the package. They read the VIN and instantly had all the information they needed. The oil and filter change was completed quickly and I was on my way home. More
If you didnt buy from them, dont go to them Bought my jeep out in Aberdeen, live out here, had transmission problems with my jeep and got it to their shop since it is only a mile from our house. Bought my jeep out in Aberdeen, live out here, had transmission problems with my jeep and got it to their shop since it is only a mile from our house. It took them 3 days to "look" at it, and tell me the problem was associated with my bumper and they wouldn't do warranty work on it. They also informed Chrysler that it was modified and that I was at fault for the transmission overheating, which wasn't even the problem I took it to them for, it had no 2nd through 5th, the temp was fine. Their transmission tech, who I never even got to speak to, said it was the bumper that caused it. I asked the rep, basically you are telling me that even though I bought it from Jeep like this, you wont cover it, and he said yes. I walked on their lot and took a picture of their jeep they were selling, "modified" and the bumper is almost identical. Awesome, so, I was forced to pay the tow bill from Hagerstown to Aberdeen since they wouldn't work on it and told Chrysler it was my fault and shouldn't be covered. In the end, the other dealer made a lot of money, kept a customer, and it was still covered under warranty by Chrysler. I will never take my Jeep to Hoffman. More

Mark Harne is the service manager what a joke and same goes for the rest of hoffman automotive in management I just want the damages to my car fixed I don't recommend this dealer to anyone. More
Hoffman Chrysler of Hagerstown Md I rate it a minus 5 I took my 2005 dodge ram truck in July of this year 2015, My truck was brought in for a recall and it was towed in because the rear end failed and th I took my 2005 dodge ram truck in July of this year 2015, My truck was brought in for a recall and it was towed in because the rear end failed and the dri shaft fell out going down the road. I was told that it would take a few weeks for the parts to come in. I waited an additional two weeks and still no parts. It is now one month and two weeks and still no parts, I tried several times over this period to get a loaner car and they refused to assist. Hoffman stated they were not !!! obligated to provide one, I made several calls to Chrysler for assistance. No help from Hoffman !!! Now after a month and a half they agreed to give me a loaner car. I also told Chrysler that Hoffman Chrysler of hagerstown has very rude people that work in the service department. This dealership does not know what customer service is or how to treat people. I personally think they should lose all their car and truck dealership. Of course its all about the money and not about you. They only sell cars and trucks not customer service if you want that you might as well try to win the lottery because your odds would better. Submitted by Larry Myers More
