To start with, I e-mailed the dealership on a day they were closed. Joe Dunn called me back within 20 minutes, interrupting his Sunday golf game to do so. We met the next day to test drive the vehicle, and found it to be a truly pressure-free experience. Fitzgerald has a wonderful no-haggle concept which took a lot of the stress out of the process. We received a fair offer for my wife's trade-in. Out of curiosity, I inquired about having my own vehicle appraised. Surprised by the offer, we decided on impulse to purchase two new vehicles. I wish I could recall the name of the two finance employees we dealth with (I believe one might have been Sondra?). They were pleasant, explained how they were working to get us the best possible rates, and worked with us well after closing time to make the deals happen. Joe then gave us a tour of the features in our new vehicles. The next day, we realized that we had left an expensive bluetooth headset in one of our trade-in vehicles. Joe answered right away, explaining that he was out of the office but would have someone ready to assist us. He even sent a follow-up email the next day to make sure we had retrieved it.
