I want to commend the extra effort put forth by service agent Keith Jones and technician Kyle T on the transmission replacement for my 2007 CX9. Keith went the extra mile on several occasions to ensure tha agent Keith Jones and technician Kyle T on the transmission replacement for my 2007 CX9. Keith went the extra mile on several occasions to ensure that costs were kept under control and he even contacted the local Mazda technical rep who provided a new tranfer case at no charge. Kyle put in extra effort to ensure that ALL of this work was done right. Replacing a transmission and a transfer case is non trivial service and I appreciate his dedication to make sure things were done the right way. Also, Keith found some additional issues and got them fixed like a nail in a tire and burned out bulb. I want to thank his dedication and exceptional customer service. Both Keith and Kyle escorted me to my vehicle and they gave me a warm send off. We have purchased our last three vehicles at Fiztgerald (2002 Mazda 626, 2007 CX9, 2011 Chevy Malibu) and you can be sure that our next car will be purchased there too.
