There is no last word or ultimatums in negotiations. I have been doing pricing, forecasting and negotiation in the Aerospace industry for more years then I care to remember. I knew what I wanted to pay, what (I felt) was the intrinsic value of a new - prior model year vehicle should be; I was not easily swayed. The dealers initial offering was alright but not great, we were substantially far apart on price and I honestly thought I would have to continue shopping. This is the point in the process were John Lee and I exchanged 12-15 emails, negotiating, expressing opinions & frustrations, sharing a laugh or two. John Lee was honest, knowledgeable and gifted with patient and perseverance. In short he got me the deal - the price I wanted - where I couldn't say no. I live in CT and drove down 290 miles and back to pick up my new MX5.......and I would do it again. John Lee is the man and Fitzgerald is the dealership, accept no substitutes. More

I scheduled an appointment... Seth Dawson my first advisor that I worked with when I called in for my 3rd service he was not available and or assisting another customer I asked for Seth and he was not available ... another gentelman(another service advisor/manager) listen to my concerns and set my apt (note he did not say a word other than listen to my concern) ... me knowing the field assumed from bad experience that I would be set with an apt with someone else I didn't know or someone who was more concerned with themselves and setting thier own apts (being in the business I know the connection between the customer and dealer/advisor/salesman). But I want to make it clear that the Fitzgerald chevy service advisors/management take care of the customers ... I came in and Seth did not set my apt but was there and greeted me when I came in and low and behold the other advisor that I had mentioned to that I was looking for Seth Dawson he set me an apt with Seth (not saying that advisor knew nothing but more of a comfort...which being in the business most customers rely on comfort) ... obviously this Fitzgerald chevy service team work together...I did not get a review the last time because I would have filled it out ... this is not the first but the second time I had talked to more than one service advisors/managers but still was handled by multiple ppl but I was taken care of this is a great team of people all of these advisors/managers worked to take care of me... this is impressive I've seen other dealers that don't care as much about thier customers... Fitzgerald is lucky to have Seth Dawson, Tom Dawson, Kevin bull , chris leTorah, chris rice , ... I was taken care of and I'm going to be a return customer. !!! It is true sales bring in the customers but service keeps the customers there. Thank you to the service department! More

Like the first time, this experience was just as easy and enjoyable. I owe this to Mark Lawson our sales rep. His expertise and knowledge helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. Zach Sherman made the sometimes tiresome paperwork process fly by. While I could not find the actual salesperson name on here, I wanted to extend my thanks to Mario Meyers and Mike Bennett (Finance Manager) for helping me out with everything. I have been working on getting my hands on a 2017 Camaro for about three months now and I finally did it. Ftizgerald Auto Mall helped me get the car I wanted and worked with me in furnishing my deal. I am extremely thankful for Mario helping me though phone calls and e-mail. And to Mike Bennett for helping me out with the paperwork. He explained everything I was signing and gave me a very nice breakdown of my loan. Thank you for keeping the process simple. I hope in the future to buy another car from here one day. We had suc When I was looking for another used vehicle, my first move was to send Mark an email and make sure some other dealer hadn't poached him. We had such a great experience with both Mark and Fitzgerald Auto 3 years ago, that I was hoping to get that combo again. Luckily, they are still a team. They offered me a fair trade in value for my SUV and made the buying process as easy as possible. (And with my 2 year old running around the dealership on a Friday evening, it could have been a nightmare.) Mark is always up front with the good and bad, and we had an honest conversation about car-buying while we waited for financing results. Because of my job where I advertise for car dealers, I have unique insight into a dealership and this made for a delightful conversation and helped me feel confident that I was getting a solid deal, from a respectable company. I will do business again with Mark and Fitzgerald. Hopefully not for a few more years, but when the time comes that I need a new car, I know who to call. More
