After not finding exactly what we wanted on the lot, he had a car transferred from Annapolis for us. We came in the next day, again, simply to test drive. We ended up buying a CPO Volkswagen Jetta. David was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and its capabilities. While I was buying my car, he had 3 other sales going on while the rest of the salespeople seem to just be standing around. Clearly he's top notch at what he does. After moving over to finance, we had the same experience...outstanding. Fitzgerald goes out of their way to make sure this is an easy and and pleasant experience. Outstanding Service, Integrity, Professionalism Kevin Bull has been my service manager for two vehicles for the past six years. He is knowledgeable and professional and has always dealt with me fairly and honestly. The service team's ability to accurately diagnose and repair problems has saved me time, money and headache. Recently I had transmission failure in another state and had the vehicle towed to a nearby dealer, who immediately wanted to do a very expensive major repair. I wisely called Kevin who told me he felt the repair, if needed, was overpriced, and offered to have my vehicle towed to Fitzgerald. Upon getting the vehicle he laid out some less expensive repair options for me. Ultimately I decided to trade the vehicle in and purchase a new vehicle from Fitzgerald, where I received a great deal. I will continue to have all of my vehicles serviced at Fitzgerald due to the professionalism of folks like Kevin. I am a customer for life. More

Our sales rep, Jason Saville, was great at answering our questions over the course of several days so we didn't waste our time. Even though we were already getting a great deal on the used Cadillac, we were able to do a trade in. We were on a budget, so didn't think a dealership would have something in our range. The Cadillac needed some repairs, which the service department did for a reasonable price. I really appreciated the thorough inspection that was done, including recommendations for repairs that weren't required for the state inspection. I feel like I know what I got. I am very pleased and I feeI more confident about purchasing from a dealer than many private sellers out there. Jason was generous with his time and very thorough. He personally made our experience great with his responsiveness and patience. I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald Auto Mall, and especially ask for Jason! More
