My wife and I came by one day just to look around the lot. Dave knew he was was not going to make a sale that day, yet he still treated us well and showed us five different trucks. After looking around for over a month we decided to come back based on the prices offered here. I was still undecided so Dave went on three test drives with us, again, to ensure we got the truck we wanted. From here everything went very smooth. After some awful experiences at other dealerships, Fitzgerald was our last stop of the day. We didn't have to purchase a vehicle that day, we were even preparing for another day of searching the following week. After meeting with Jason and test-driving the vehicle, we knew that Fitzgerald was the real deal. I called the day before to make sure the vehicle was still in stock and spoke with Jason, he assured me it was and kept in contact with me throughout the day. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him on our way to Fitzgerald, and as soon as we got there, he sat us down and showed us all of the information they had on the car including all of the work that was done to it after trade-in. He showed us a great route for our test drive to really test the vehicle in different locations. The no haggle pricing made the buying experience very easy, as the vehicle was priced very fair and they were very transparent with the price. No out of control fees or passed on costs. The car was very clean, and I drove off the lot with a full tank of gas thanks to Jason. I would recommend Fitzgerald Auto Mall, and specifically Jason, to anybody searching for a used vehicle. More

This place has gone down hill Over the past 20 years, I have bought several cars from Fitzgerald. Unfortunately, my most recent will be my last. The salesman did the stereotypical "telling me what I want to hear", just to get sale. I specifically asked about the car being equipped with Sirius Radio, was told yes. Now I find out that it is not, so I'll have to spend extra to rectify that situation. During the loan process, I was promised this price, for this monthly amount. When I finally got to the credit department, it was nothing I was promised and the credit guy had to hustle to get the numbers where I wanted- which added to the already 2.5 hours I had been sitting there. I will admit Zack in credit did a great job. I have purchased from Fitzgerald so many times, I had grown to trust the people that work there. I'd say I'll know better for next time, but I don't foresee there ever being a next time. More
