After letting a few people that I know about this company and all the things that happened to me as far as my car they will no longer be buying anything from Fitzgerald Automall as well ... I took my car to Fitzgerald auto Mall and gave us Berg Maryland to get an oil change this company is so horrible that they did a horrible oil change on my car which caused all the oil to leak out of my car which then caused my car just shut off while I was driving it which then caused me to believe that it was my fault or that it was going to be my responsibility to fix my car I did not have the money at the time to get the car fixed so I had to wait two weeks of my time not being able to do anything because my car was shutting off to take it to Fitzgerald in Frederick Maryland to look at it because it was the closest place that I could take it to they didn't told me that whomever did my oil change did not do it correctly and all the oil has leaked out of my engine not knowing that it was another Fitzgerald that did the oil change .... Long story short the only thing Fitzgerald did for me was put oil back in my engine and offer me a free oil change the next time I came in that's it this company is the worst company ever I will never recommend this company to anyone else and I'm looking around for cars right now And the last place I will be going to is Fitzgerald to try to get a new car I will be looking at other dealerships to get a car because Fitzgerald has lost 110% of my trust .... any customers looking for a car at Fitzgerald I am telling you right now do not waste your time ....when I first bought this car I was excited and happy with my first car to weeks later I didn't realize it because I didn't see it at the time but two weeks later I looked in my backseat as the sun was gleaming on it I saw countless amount of stains in the backseat of my car it literally looked like someone died in the backseat of my car and they just did a horrible job of cleaning it up when I contacted this Gerald and ask them about this and to clean it they did not do anything for me like I said this is a horrible company I have countless stories of the three years that I've owned this car from this company but there's not enough time in the world for you guys to read it all I hope whoever sees this stays far away from this company More
