He is very knowledgeable and was very thorough in explaining both the details of the vehicle and also the financing process. Kyle, one of the service technicians, also worked closely with me to try and identify the issue and get it fixed. From the time you pull in and are greeted by those that check in your car, to the service desk, the technicians, the people that sign out the loaner cars, shuttle drivers, and everyone in between, Fitzgerald service center employees are friendly, courteous, and professional.
