Needed a Car and I ended up with a NEW ONE!!! I was in a huge bind and need of a car. At first I was working with Eric who I spoke with via email but when I came in he was not there. Dwight helped me from there out and was so helpful even though I was not approved for a used car :( He was honest and upfront about everything, after I left, he called me the next day and brainstormed and thought that I could possibly get approved on a new car, a Chevy, so I said hey, why not try, I need a car, so I approved his idea and low and behold I was approved. I just wanted to write a review and let him know how thankful I am and how blessed to have ended up working with him so I can get out of this expensive rental and start paying for something I actually own! Excited!!!! I recently purchased a brand new 2018 Chevrolet Sonic RS, which I am in LOVE with! This is my first brand new car and I could not have asked for a mo I recently purchased a brand new 2018 Chevrolet Sonic RS, which I am in LOVE with! This is my first brand new car and I could not have asked for a more perfect first vehicle to call my own. Dwight Courange welcomed me with a warm and sincere greeting and being that I have never purchased a vehicle before I had no idea what to expect. I came in to the Fitzgerald not knowing what I wanted, I just knew I needed a car soon, After going over what I wanted out of a vehicle and how I would use it and so forth, we landed on the Sonic. OMG!!! It was PERFECT! I ended up buying it that night :-/, I could not resist, and it was the only one in black that they had, so had to jump on it. Dwight was awesome! He made the whole process easy and quite enjoyable, I assumed it was going to be the most anxiety filled evening, it was not at all. Thank you Dwight! I wish I could do more than just leave a review, he earned every word of this and I hope these words find the eyes of someone that could acknowledge his efforts and perhaps reward him in some way for his knowledge, ability to find the perfect car for me as well as his friendly and relaxed approach. Crooks We bought a new Mazda 6 from Fitzgerald Auto Mall. The car we bought stated it came with Mazda Navigation on the sticker, but our car salesman, Mitch We bought a new Mazda 6 from Fitzgerald Auto Mall. The car we bought stated it came with Mazda Navigation on the sticker, but our car salesman, Mitch told us it didn't come with navigation and tried to sell us the SD chip that is needed to activate the navigation for $400. We naively believed Mitch. We asked if they would negotiate a lower price or throw in the chip for us. Mitch talked to the sales manager who said he could give it to us for $350. We declined and still bought the car as we felt the car itself was a good price. The fact that navigation was listed on the sticker continued to bothered us. After further investigation we found out that indeed this model should have come with the chip. We contacted Mazda Corporate Headquarters and they verified that this car should come with the navigation chip. Mazda, in turn, contacted our salesman, Mitch Jenkins and Mike Sienkiewicz, who did the processing. They did not respond to Mazda. Mazda then contacted the sales manager who did call and provided us with the chip needed for the navigation. So I guess the "Fitz Way" is the dishonest way. More
