I thought the whole deal for my new truck was smooth and timely. I had scheduled a test drive for 4pm on a Friday and filled out most of the finance information online. This made things go much faster with timely. I had scheduled a test drive for 4pm on a Friday and filled out most of the finance information online. This made things go much faster with Mark's support from start to finish. I found out later that evening that Mark was suppose to be off at 4:30pm and he didn't mention or say anything about it and we did not get out till about 7pm. Mark is very dedicated to the job and displays everything anyone would want in customer service! He helped with every last detail to even setting up the transfer of our Onstar to the new vehicle. I can honestly say with Mark Lawson on Fitzgerald's team the company is doing something right!! Great work and Fitzgerald Chevrolet will have my continued business in the future! More

Buying process was really simple. Mark Lawson was excellent and they let me make sure the vehicle was able to be towed behind my RV before purchasing.
