Time consuming and horrible! We purchased a 2007 Avalanche from Hoffman after making another purchase of a new vehicle about a year prior. We were very happy with the purchase and We purchased a 2007 Avalanche from Hoffman after making another purchase of a new vehicle about a year prior. We were very happy with the purchase and convinced ny service records that the death trap was a great vehicle because it was previously owned by one of their techs. Well before we even tagged it there were issues that we returned for several times. Then the final issue was the engine that failed. Fortunately, unlike others we were offered a different vehicle, not what we wanted, but a working vehicle. There were three days that we spent at this dealer in an attempt to trade and purchase something else. Such time because we were ignored and everyone else came first. We later overheard that we inconvenienced them. Really nice considering we were given the price sheets to shop for ourself. The used car manager was extremely rude not even wanting to hear us vent about the vehicle or our experience so he could concentrate. He was sure to treat us as last priority with each trip and was sure that we understood that we were a bother. We were even told at one point that they owed us nothing after selling us a vehicle that blew up two months later. It gets worse. On the third trip to finalize on a vehicle we didnt want, we were offered another brand new vehicle in which we did purchase. This will not be the last stop as a letter will be sent including all details to chevrolet as well as the owner of this location as well as tell everyone I know for years to come of our experience. More
