Take your car elsewhere, that's what they told me! The service department tried charging me for a rear end fluid change, when the repair was covered under warranty. And they charged me for an alignment when it wasn’t needed. The service writer lied to me and my wife and wasted our time to the point we had to get a dealership manager involved. They never resolved my problem and told me to leave or they would call the police –because I asked to speak with General Manager. I tried reaching out to senior management about these concerns, it fell on deaf ears. Take your vehicle elsewhere, which is exactly what they told me to do. More
