Stay away Go to auto dealer who wants your business Went to Anthony in sales to trade dodge truck and Chevrolet impala. And told them it was going to require some work vehicles were appraised and process was supposed to began . Now at this time I understand most managers etc . We're on a nice little trip from owner and things were hectic and busy . But I never received a call from them until I went I week later only to have Wayne another salesman ask Jim the sales manager who never had enough respect for a customer to handle the situation knowing that Anthony went home early again and never notified me of what was going on after they both new it was a week later , what was going on . Wayne came to me and said the bank would not take the loan . Which was fine I still had 2 nice vehicles ,but a phone call would have Ave went a long way ,not I live local in funkstown and have been in retail for 41 years of which 29 a manager you do not treat customers like dirt that pay your wages I had my vehicle's serviced there on regular bases and just recently spent 750.oo on a new fuel pump to be put in in my truck. I had bad sales service in used department a few years ago. I will never go back to Hoffman's auto sales in hagerstown again for service or sales and will be glade to advise others to go elsewhere to a auto sales that wants there business and knows how to treat people.
