He simply talked with me for a short time, gave me his card, and thanked me for stopping by. Now, a couple months later, I took my truck in again for service and decided to look for a new vehicle. My wife and I wanted to trade our smaller truck in but was not sure exactly what we wanted. Wayne was so helpful, and patient, as we looked at cars, trucks, and SUV's. He answered all of our questions, and as we decided on a new Cadillac, he made the process absolutely "Painless".... Our sales person, Wayne Ditlow, was extremely helpful! Wayne was not "pushy" at all. We felt he was very sincere and had our best interests in mind with all of his advice. We went in originally looking for a good used truck and we were lucky enough to run into Wayne for help. We did not find anything at first and did decide to shop around for a good month or so. Wayne's advice was very informative and helpful and made us feel very comfortable in our decision to come back to Hoffman after not really finding anything we really liked at any other dealer. We went back to look again at Hoffman on Thursday and Wayne made us aware of a 2016 Chevy Silverado (knowing that we were trading in our 2006 Silverado we bought at Hoffman 10 years ago). We hadn't considered a new truck due to pricing but there were big rebates available that we didn't know about and then Hoffman also offered us a great offer on the trade in. Wayne remembered us expressing to him a month earlier how much we loved our 2006 Silverado and how we wanted the same or something very close to the same. I'm so glad he made us aware of the option to actually by new again due to the great rebates and trade in value; we just had no idea this would be an option for us at this point. We pulled out in our brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado with great big smiles on our face and a lot of relief and confidence that we are in another great vehicle that we will own for many years. I will be in the market for another car in the next year or two and I am definitely looking for Wayne Ditlow!!! Nothing but gratitude for Hoffman and Sales person Wayne!! More

I purchased a 2016 Chevy Malibu and made a friend that day. He spoke to me like a person, not like a potential sale. He introduced himself to me and made it clear that there was no pressure, handed me his card, smiled and walked away. He did not hover over me, he did not pressure me, he did not try to talk me into something that I did not want. I knew at that second, if I were to make a purchase that day, he would be my salesperson. When I became concerned that I might not be able to drive home a car that day, he made me feel alright, reassuring me he would do everything possible. He kept me entertained with a fantastic personality which in turn made my time go by quickly.
