I have purchased and have had serviced several new Cadillac’s from Fitzgerald through the years (six in total). Most recently I purchased a 2008 Cadillac xxx in June 2008. The service department has always given the extra effort to gain my complete satisfaction when repairs have been needed. I have purchased multiple new and used cars from this dealer and always bring them in for all of the regular scheduled and warranty service. They have always been able to complete the work in a timely m dealer and always bring them in for all of the regular scheduled and warranty service. When I have had warranty issues they have always gone to bat for me with the manufacturer to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. The bottom line is they have always met or exceed my expectations with regards to sales and service, and unfortunately in these times that is a rare thing.
