Although I loved the Honda CR-V (Honda was always the car my family drove) I ultimately chose a Mazda CX-5 as it best fit my budget as a first time new car buyer. This week, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 CRV from DJ at Fisher Honda. DJ was kind, not pushy, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best car for my needs. He patiently listened to my preferences and provided thorough answers to all my questions. What impressed me the most was DJ's responsiveness and willingness to accommodate my schedule. After test driving a few cars on a Friday, I continued to communicate with him via text the following Monday to negotiate and finalize the terms. This allowed me to make decisions from the comfort of my home without feeling rushed or pressured. During the trade-in evaluation of my old car, a concerning airbag recall was discovered. Without hesitation, DJ offered me a loaner car for the weekend to ensure my safety, even if I didn't end up purchasing a car from him. The folks at the service center were incredibly kind and made it super easy to get the loaner car in minutes! This level of care and trustworthiness made me feel valued and well taken care of. I am excited to have an upgraded CRV (upgraded from my previous '01 CRV)! I can't wait to take her on adventures to the mountains for skiing and exploring. After searching the internet nonstop for days for a used Honda, I decided to stop by Fisher. So very glad I did! Ty Freese (Salesman) was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The purchase of my 2019 Civic LX was seamless, thanks to Ty and Jared Baros (Financing). They agreed to pay for a couple of "fixes" that Christian Brothers found when I took it to them for a stem to stern inspection. Also, Kendall Rossing (Service Dept) was exceptionally friendly. Overall, a great experience! I have friends who have purchased cars at Fisher, and they say they will never go to another dealer. Kudos and thank you, Ty, Jared & Kendall.
