Our experience this weekend with Dennis Olmsted was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgable about Honda and specifically the Cross Tour we were interested in. Dennis offered great perspective on the Cross Tour versus our Volvo S80 and other cars we were considering, without being too pushy or overly-opinionated. Dennis clearly outlined the lease incentives from Honda and did not play any games when it came time to run the numbers and "do the deal". I will recommend Fisher Honda and specifically working with Dennis Olmsted to other friends and family members. I've been taking my 1990 Honda Prelude to these guys for 5 and a half years and they've been wonderful. They've found parts for my old car all over the country and have always managed to fix things big and 5 and a half years and they've been wonderful. This was my first purchase from Fisher. The people at Fisher Honda, in particular Justin, made the negotiating simple and avoided a pressure sales approach. I walked onto the lot needing a used car. Phil approached me and offered to help. I told him what my monthly car payment needed to be. He showed me cars that met my requirements. He worked with lots of banks to find me a loan that I could afford. He stayed late to work with me, found a scratch and had the body shop fix it and and came in to work early to shuttle me to work at 7:30 when I brought it in for the reaairs. Later, when the car startd to make a thumking noise, I talked to Phil and he talked to his service guys and made arrangements to get it fixed. He even offered to come in and shuttle me back to work at 7:30 on the day he doesn't come in till noon. What a guy! I would definitely refer him without hesitation. More
