This is the second Element we have purchased from Fisher, and Dennis Olmsted in particular. Both experiences were extremely positive. Our salesperson was Dennis Olmsted who was personable, prompt in returning calls, very thorough and always willing to answer any questions about the process or the vehicle we were considering. I recently brought my 96’ Civic to Fisher to have the transmission replaced. It was a big purchase and was a little nervous about it. Harry in services talked me through all the options and allowed me th transmission replaced. It was a big purchase and was a little nervous about it. He was patient each time I called back with a question as well as knowledgeable and informative about my questions and concerns. I agreed to the new transmission and my car was ready the next day! Fisher went the extra mile for me (no pun intended) by having the technician stay late to complete the work. My car is now running smoothly and feels great. I appreciate that I am never taken advantage of and that I can trust Fisher with anything from an oil change to a major replacement. I walked in and walked out with a new Civic in less than 2 hours. I got a great price, great rate and the salesman was quick and not pushy at all. Our experience this weekend with Dennis Olmsted was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgable about Honda and specifically the Cross Tour we were interested in. Dennis offered great perspective on the Cross Tour versus our Volvo S80 and other cars we were considering, without being too pushy or overly-opinionated. Dennis clearly outlined the lease incentives from Honda and did not play any games when it came time to run the numbers and "do the deal". I will recommend Fisher Honda and specifically working with Dennis Olmsted to other friends and family members. I've been taking my 1990 Honda Prelude to these guys for 5 and a half years and they've been wonderful. They've found parts for my old car all over the country and have always managed to fix things big and 5 and a half years and they've been wonderful. I've always been given great advice and explanations for everything.
