Also, as we were waiting for our financing paperwork to be completed, Greg Fisher came out and introduced himself to us and assured us that if we had any problems, we should contact them immediately. That was a really personal touch. When picking up the car, Doc took us through the service bay and introduced us to several of the mechanics as well. We felt welcomed, and were very happy with our experience. We like the car, too! More

After playing the waiting game with financing etc., which is common with any car buying experience, the entire staff was helpful in trying to get me out the door in time for a previously scheduled appointment. She has been a joy to do business with and I would recommend her to anyone. The deal starts with a very good price and everything sails through from there. When you get to the showroom to pick up the vehicle, the only actual time you need to be there, you are acknowledged promptly and treated in a friendly manner. Everything is ready to go as promised. The paperwork is explained fully and she will take as much time as necessary to ensure you are comfortable with the vehicle (which is spotless) and all its properties. I believe Fisher is a quality dealership. Quality dealerships employ quality people. I wish I lived closer than 50 miles so I could take advantage of their service department, based on the rest of the business I'm sure its a quality act also. One last observation, you know when the bathrooms are as well maintained as theirs are, that people are paying attention to details. More

They went over every detail of the car and answered every question I had about the differences between the SE and EX that I had since I was teetering on which model to get. The only reason I went with the SE is because they had the color I liked and I didn't really see a need for a sunroof. I will definitely be recomending Fisher Honda to any family or friends who are in the market for a new car. Thank you for making my car buying experience great, I absolutely love my new car!! More

The combination of Jeff knowledge of the Kia's, ability to actually listen and the way I felt while driving the Kia Sportage, had me sold! Price of new car was decent and the quality of the car was great. Really low offer given for trade-in (multiple thousands of dollars) that was partially remedied, but I am not satisfied with the price I was great. Really low offer given for trade-in (multiple thousands of dollars) that was partially remedied, but I am not satisfied with the price I received for my trade-in and that will likely make me think twice prior to going back to that dealership for sales. Some sort of ";service plan" worked into to the deal that I was not aware of until with the finance person that was 260 dollars for 4 oil changes at the dealership (seems a little steep). The finance person told me that I had already agreed to the plan with the sales person and seemed confused as to why I was questioning the added charges. It felt like a very underhanded thing to do for a supposed excellent dealership. I was called by the dealership by a gentleman named Mark. He explained the reasons for my concerns above, but has failed to follow-up with me on some issues that came up after our discussion. I have had many positive experiences at this dealership and this interaction did not hold up to the same level of customer service and honesty that I have found in the past. Even after they purchased my trade-in as it was on the day of our sale, they are calling and asking for an extra seat that was not in the car on the day it was sold "as-is" at the dealership. More
