This was a terrific buying experience. I was looking to replace my Nissan with a new or used car that could offer me more hauling capacity and also perform better in the snow. Phil Robinson could not have been more helpful, he carefully listened to my needs and based on what I told him, he showed me both a new KIA Soul and a used Honda CRV. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the positive features of both. After I test drove both cars, he took more time to go over the pros and cons of both automobiles. Well, I bought the CRV and he arranged what I thought was a very fair trade for my 2006 Nissan; accommodated the process of financing and stayed with me throughout the entire process. This was an absolutely stress-free car buying experience, the first that I have ever had. I have to compliment Phil, and the entire Fisher team on making a customer feel great, never pressured or rushed. I would recommend Fisher, and especially Phil, to anyone looking for a car. We bought a new Kia Forte yesterday, working with Paul Frink. Buying a new car was not on our agenda, until our son was in an accident and totaled our Nissan Sentra. We did quite a bit of on-line research, and talked/emailed with about 7 different dealers. We also visited 3 other dealers, and drove other model cars. Working with Paul was wonderful. He was helpful, but NEVER pushy- letting us take our time. We actually worked with him one day, left and visited other dealers, and then returned to Fisher Kia (Paul Frink) the next day. We found that Paul listened to us, let us take the lead, and was just there if we needed something- he gave us our space! Paul answered our questions, but did not overload us with info we didn't need. We ended up buying a car (the Kia Forte 2012) that we had not even thought of- but once we drove it we really loved it! The sale was handled quickly (our 13 year old son was with us, and Paul was so thoughtful of him sitting through paperwork!). Overall- a great experience. Hopefully we will not be in the market for a new car for some years- but, if we are, we will want to work with Paul Frink and Fisher again! More
