I had a great experience when I visited Fisher Honda while shopping for a used car. I met with Tom Tomass and explained what I was looking for in another car. I had previously had a very dissatisfying while shopping for a used car. I met with Tom Tomass and explained what I was looking for in another car. I had previously had a very dissatisfying experience at a competitor and had been treated with rude, uninterested, abrupt behavior. Tom was completely the opposite. He was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and contacted me about a week later when he had cars of the make and model I wanted to test drive. Although I did not find exactly what I was looking for at Fisher Honda, because of the pleasant experience working with Tom and his outstanding customer service skills, I will definitely use Fisher Honda again for repairs and service or will contact Tom in the future when looking for another vehicle. But will never go to their competitor again! More
This was my first experience buying a car at the Fisher Kia Dealership. After extensive research online and the many strong reviews from other customers, I decided that my best experience would more than l Kia Dealership. After extensive research online and the many strong reviews from other customers, I decided that my best experience would more than likely come from this dealership, AND I WAS RIGHT!! Justin Gasman was extremely friendly and it was very obvious he took pride in his dealership and their ability to provide a smooth, no pressure relationship with their customers. When I arrived at Fisher Jeff Katz assisted me. His job was cut out for him because I was torn between the Optima and the Sportage. Jeff was extremely informative about both vehicles. He took the time to allow me to become very familiar with each so I would be able to make the best decision. Once my decision was made to lease the Optima, the rest of the process was totally painless, quick and easy. I have purchased new cars from other dealerships and the time it took to finish the process was no less than 5 hours. This entire process (thanks to Jonathan Fisher’s precise preparation of the paperwork), only took 2 hours – from first test drive to departure. Also, at least 45 minutes of that time was spent with Mac Gralund as he went over every detail of the Optima and all it’s bells and whistles. Thank you Fisher Kia for making this experience actually enjoyable and I assure you I will be telling everyone I know about my experience and how kind, honest, and compassionate you all were to work with. Jeff Tomko was professional, courteous and responsive in answering all of the many questions I had during the 2012 Honda Fit purchase process. I never felt as if I were dealing with the stereotypical car salesman. When the new car was ready for pick-up Jeff was especially helpful and patient in explaining all the new technology to a senior citizen who had not bought a new car in over twenty-five years, before coded-electronic keys. If the service department at Fisher is as reliable as its sales department, I will not need to purchase another new car in this life; but for anyone who does need a new car, I heartily recommend a visit to Jeff Tomko at Fisher Honda. Paul was EXCELLENT to work with in buying this vehicle. In fact we purchased the Borrego and were looking at another vehicle which had just arrived. They hurried and fixed the vehicle so we could take a look at it. We drove it several times and decided to buy it. Then the next day we decided against it. I was a little nervous to call and tell Paul we had changed our mind especially since I was bringing the Borrego back in for some service. When I did see Paul he was so understanding and friendly about it and completely understood our decision process. He didn't pressure me into anything different nor ask me to explain our decision. It was a very stressful event and I really appreciated that from a "car dealership". In looking for a car for our son, we have been to a variety of dealerships, but we felt most comfortable with Paul and felt like he was really wanting to find the vehicle that worked for our family/situation. We also know Scott Chatten personally as our children our friends, however I never felt like Paul was treating us any different than he would another customer. I think what I take away from my experience besides that I would definitely come back when looking for a new or used vehicle for the customer service first and quality of Kia 2nd.....is that good management hires good people. Knowing what a great person Scott is and then working with Paul, I know that the people under Scott was an extension of him which assures me that when dealing with Fisher Kia, I am getting salespeople and service people with integrity, honesty and good work ethic. I have owned Hondas for many years, and for the past 10 years have had my service done at Fisher Honda. I recently decided to replace my 2000 Passport, and visited Fisher Honda along with other local deale years have had my service done at Fisher Honda. I recently decided to replace my 2000 Passport, and visited Fisher Honda along with other local dealerships (including Toyota, Subaru and Volvo). The people at Fisher Honda were the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful people I met. Tom Tomass was excellent. I will ask for his help if I am in the market for another Honda. More

It was time to get a new car, since my 1998 Civic Coupe was getting worn out. I was looking for a new light colored Honda Civic 4 door. Dennis actually used to sell the old 1998 Civic, so he was able to show me where to find the old features on the new version, inaddition to showing me the latest and greatest. I appreciate the fact that Dennis was patient and laid back. He answered all my questions in laymans terms, without being condescending. I also appreciate the fact he gave me the attention a buyer (whether female or male) should receive. Some places would only talk to my husband, and ignore me.
