I have been a customer at Fisher Honda since 1986, when I bought a Honda Civic Station Wagon. I currently own a Honda CRV 2003, and I have never looked for a new dealership, mainly because of the customer se bought a Honda Civic Station Wagon. The customer service department, run by Service Advisor Tom Ainsworth, has been exceptional. Although I have lived long distances from Fisher Honda's location in Boulder (in Georgetown Colorado and in Aurora Colorado), I always take my vehicle to Fisher Honda. The quality of work done to my car is always exceptional. The work is so good that I drove my 1986 Honda Civic station wagon until it reached 400,000 miles! The friendliness and knowledge of the staff members, like Tom Ainsworth, make me feel that I am receiving excellent service at a reasonable price. I also appreciate receiving discount coupons on-line from Fisher Honda that keeps the prices reasonable. The quality of all aspects of Fisher Honda is the reason why I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years. More
We stopped in the dealership to look at the Kia Souls on the lot and were introduced to Jeff Katz because the salesman we started talking with did not feel comfortable answering all our questions about the the lot and were introduced to Jeff Katz because the salesman we started talking with did not feel comfortable answering all our questions about the vehicle. He wanted us to visit with Jeff Katz "The Soul Man". Jeff was able to answer all our questions and provide us with first hand information since he drives a Soul himself. He worked with us to complete the sale even though it was getting late and another customer came in who had an appointment to visit with him. He explained to her that we had come in from SD and he wanted to continue to work with us. If you are in the market for a new Soul you owe it you yourself to stop at Fisher Kia and talk with Jeff. I had a great experience purchasing a new 2013 Kia Sorento from Fisher Kia in Boulder. I took advantage of the Costco program and was very pleased with incentives offered and the final price. My salesman, Jeff Katz, is an experienced and friendly professional who allowed me to test drive a few models with various options so that I fully understood the differences in power, comfort and convenience. I selected a model directly from the showroom floor, got my price and financing, and was home a few hours later to present the new car to my wife for her 60th birthday. Needless to say, she was very surprised and happy with my choice of color and options. I also met the servcice manager and had a pleasnt conversation with Lynn Fisher-Rickman while touring the facility. An enjoyable afternoon indeed. More
I've bought four cars from Fisher; 2 used, one new Honda (2004), and a new Kia (2012). Had the Honda and Kia serviced at Fisher. Always a good sales price, always good service. Phil Robinson was a pleasure to work with! As soon as I got into Fisher Honda's parking lot perhaps by coincidence, he right there and greeted me warmly. I received an internet quote from Doc and we liked the deal so we went ahead to get that car sent in. Doc emailed us the VIN number and arrival date and we saw a problem. The car wouldn't have arrived until after we left on vacation. When we got back to Doc and Justin they tried hard to find us another car with our basic requirements that we could get quickly. They went above and beyond, the car they located had other features we hadn't considered, and the for a very small bump in price we got a Soul+ that went far above what we expected to find in this price range. I would not hesitate to send a family member in to see Doc, even if they think they are looking for another brand. They will be pleasantly surprised at what they find. More
