I was not happy at giving up the good radio I had in my other car. But the one in my new one works even better than the old one. I live in eastern Colorado and it is hard to get many stations. I receive more and futher away from home. WOW! I am so happy with my new car, how it rides and drives, the look of the car and it's color, how it handles in the mountains going up steep hills, and the great gas mileage. I have never had such a good sales person. He has bent over backwards to help me. I feel like I have made a new friend in Phil and will come back to him for my next car. I can say without reservation, this was the best body shop I have had ever been to! Linda called me each day with an update as to what was going on with my vehicle. I have been to many auto body shops in my 64 years and have never had one call from them except when it was read to pick up. I could not find a rental and thought I would have to postpone my repair until I called and talked to Linda. Not only did she get me a rental, but also paid for the first two days and I got their rate for the third day which was way lover than I could have gotten! Most places force you to spend several hours at the dealership before getting down to the numbers. After visiting several car dealerships, we found ourselves at Fisher Honda. We were helped by Phil Robinson, who was very personable and knowledgeable. We weren’t ready to make a decision the first time we went to Fisher Honda, but we kept Phil’s contact information and got in touch with him later. He understood our budget constraints and worked with us to get what we wanted. We ended up leasing a 2012 Honda Odyssey, a must for families with twins! I wish we had this van sooner, it would have been so convenient when our twins were younger; however, it is going to make our life so much easier. We traded my car in and we got a fair price for it. I think we will buy this van after the lease is up. Fisher Honda, and Phil Robinson really offered us a whole new car shopping experience. When I asked him for his opinion on the two he was very honest and pointed out why one would probably work better for me. I went home to think for three days. There was no phone call or email or pressure of any kind from Doc. I appreciated that very much. He is polite, friendly, low key, and very knowledgeable. I finally made up my mind. I agreed with him on every point as to why a Honda Accord Coupe was the best car for me. Unfortunately, the day I picked to buy the car was his daughter's 21st birthday. He had taken the day off to be with her. When the manager of Fisher let him know that I was ready, he came in anyway to be sure that the paperwork was all in order and that I was completely comfortable with my choice.
