I can depend on Jill Baldwin at Fisher Kia for service on our Hyundai Elantra. Eventhough Fisher is a Honda and Kia dealer, they do a great job with service on all makes of cars. I can rely on Jill to get the service done quickly and correctly, and she keeps me informed with a phone call when the work is finished. More
My family and I have used Fisher Honda's service center and sales department since the year 2000, so for my first car it was a no brainer. Jeff Tomko was the sales person who helped us, and he was fantasti and sales department since the year 2000, so for my first car it was a no brainer. Jeff Tomko was the sales person who helped us, and he was fantastic. He was sure to match neighboring dealership's prices on the new CRV and was extremely courteous and helpful. Anyone looking for a new or used Honda should go to Fisher Honda and ask for Jeff Tomko. It was a very enjoyable experience. -omar More
This used to be a Honda/Chevrolet dealer, so it's where I bring my Chevy Corvette for service, as there are no convenient Chevy dealers near me. I brought in my Corvette mainly because the check engine light bring my Chevy Corvette for service, as there are no convenient Chevy dealers near me. I brought in my Corvette mainly because the check engine light was on; it had also been rattling sometimes upon acceleration, which a friend thought might be the heat shield and not a big deal. Well, they were only able to reproduce the rattle once, and thought maybe it was a rock that eventually worked itself loose. Good news if that is truly the case. The check engine light turned out to be just because the gas tank cap was loose! I felt like an idiot since I've heard of this happening before. However, since it is somewhat common, I felt like the service advisor could have mentioned the possibility, then I could have checked and "fixed" it myself, avoiding an $85 diagnostic charge! They also noticed that the oil gauge needle is pegged at 80psi. I opted to not have this further investigated at the time. But when I checked my electronic gauges, it reads between 120-130psi; they did not tell me this; probably because they didn't check the electronic gauges. The service manager seemed to think it was just a stuck needle or some problem with the gauge. The fact that both the needle and the electronic gauge are reading high suggests to me a real problem with the oil pressure. I would have opted to have it investigated had I been told about the electronic gauge. It just seems they weren't very thorough with this aspect. On a positive note, my shuttle driver, Mike, was super friendly and curteous! More
I just purchased a new Honda CRV and received excellent service from the dealership. I have been a customer of Fisher Honda for almost twenty years and have never had an unpleasant experience. The dealership is a pleasure to work with because of its friendly staff-especially in the service area. The facility is hospital like in its cleanliness and in doing the extra little things like free car wash and free coffee and attractive lounge while you wait. Keep up the good work! Bill Walker More

These people know their product and how to properly maintain a customers vehicle. I bought my 2011 Odyssey EX-L in late 2010 from Fisher Honda and have maintained a relationship with them since. Harry Snyder is my peronal Service Representative, and he bends over backward to help solve any issues I may have with my van. I have called him on his cell phone when I couldn't figure out what I had done wrong concerning the operation of my van. Harry never shows if he is not happy that I have called him, rather, he always seems most happy that I would call him for answers. I think he personifies(sp) the Fisher spirit. I am one customer who thinks that Fisher Honda is among the most elite dealerships in the entire USA. Thank you Fisher, and thank you Harry! More

I have worked with the Fisher family on a professional level selling them office furniture for their dealership and wanted to work with them on helping us find a car. We were introduced to Doc O' Conner as our sales person, and my experience with him was great! He treated my husband and I like a good friend from the begining stages of driving demos over night to finding the right car for us. We decided to go with the KIA Sorento 2013, love the SUV drives like a car and really a nice car inside and out!
